    • X-rays come back negative for Juan Soto (hand)
Yankees’ manager Aaron Boone told reporters after Saturday’s loss to the Blue Jays that X-rays on the injured right hand of superstar outfielder Juan Soto came back negative for any fractures.

Advice: The 25-year-old superstar injured himself while sliding headfirst into home plate during Friday’s battle against the Jays. The team has an off-day on Monday, so it seems very likely that he’ll rest again on Sunday before hopefully being able to return to the Bombers’ lineup for Tuesday’s series opener against the Reds. • X-rays return negative
Soto's (hand) X-rays came back negative Saturday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Soto sustained a right hand contusion sliding into home during Friday's game and was scratched from the Yankees' lineup Saturday. With his X-rays coming back negative, it appears as though Soto has avoided structural damage and a long-term injury. With a team off day coming Monday, it wouldn't be surprising to see Soto sit again Sunday as a precaution. Oswaldo Cabrera started in right field Saturday. Rotowire.com 17 minutes ago

    • Royce Lewis absent from Twins’ lineup on Saturday
Royce Lewis is absent from the Twins’ starting lineup for Saturday night’s showdown against the Mariners.

Advice: The Twins are making sure to mix in days off to keep the 25-year-old superstar fresh and healthy. While that’s disappointing for fantasy managers, at least the goal is keeping him in the lineup and off the injured list. Jose Miranda will cover the hot corner while Trevor Larnach functions as the team’s designated hitter on Saturday evening against Bryce Miller and the Mariners. Rotoworld 18 minutes ago

    • Luke Raley (shoulder) returns to lineup Saturday
Luke Raley (shoulder) returned to the Mariners’ starting lineup on Saturday.

Advice: Raley missed each of the team’s previous two games due to soreness in his shoulder. He’s right back out there on Saturday night though, batting fifth and starting in left field against Pablo Lopez and the Twins. The 29-year-old has hit .253/.299/.444 with nine homers, 22 RBI and five stolen bases in 212 plate appearances with the M’s this season. Rotoworld 20 minutes ago

    • Receiving breather
Lewis is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against Seattle.

Advice: Lewis will get his first day off since June 14, giving way to Jose Miranda at third base Saturday. After hitting nine home runs in his first 16 games of June, Lewis has just one hit in his last 21 at-bats. Rotowire.com 23 minutes ago

    • Vladimir Guerrero Jr. homers, drives in six in win
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 3-for-5 with a home run and six RBI to lead Toronto to a 9-3 win over the Yankees on Saturday.

Advice: Guerrero Jr. has been on an absolute tear. His first-inning two-run homer off Nestor Cortes was his sixth home run in nine games. With the bases loaded in the sixth, he cleared them all with a double to extend the Blue Jays’ lead. Not done there, he doubled once again in the eighth to drive in his sixth RBI of the game. The 25-year-old first baseman is slashing .296/.374/.470 with 13 homers, 40 runs scored, and 50 RBI across 361 plate appearances. Rotoworld 23 minutes ago
    • Brandon Drury (illness) misses ninth straight game
Brandon Drury (illness) was held out of the Angels’ lineup once again for Saturday evening’s tilt against the Tigers.

Advice: It’s the ninth consecutive game that Drury has missed due to illness, though he remains on the active roster and has been with the team at the ballpark for each game. Luis Rengifo will slide over and cover second base in this one while Miguel Sano starts at the hot corner and bats cleanup against Reese Olson and the Tigers on Saturday night. • Isiah Kiner-Falefa collects four hits against Yankees
Isiah Kiner-Falefa went 4-for-5 with a double, three runs scored, and one RBI against the Yankees on Saturday.

Advice: Kiner-Falefa had an excellent day at the plate, collecting four hits against the Yankees while cross home plate three time and driving in one run. The 29-year-old infielder is slashing a strong .296/.343/.427 with seven homers, 32 runs scored, 33 RBI, and three steals across 277 plate appearances. Rotoworld 24 minutes ago

    • Aaron Judge reaches three times against Jays
Aaron Judge went 2-for-3 with an RBI and a walk against the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Judge knocked a base hit in the first inning, then drew an intentional walk in the third. With another single in the fifth, Judge drove in the first run of the game for New York. The 32-year-old slugger is slashing an MVP-esque .313/.434/.700 with 30 homers, 64 RBI, and 80 RBI across 365 plate appearances. Rotoworld 27 minutes ago
