• Vlad Jr. has four RBI in win over Red Sox
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 2-for-5 with four RBI in a win over the Red Sox on Tuesday.

Advice: Vlad Jr. drove in two on a double in the third inning and then drove in two more on another double in the fourth inning. He now has 40 RBI on the season and has been far and away the Blue Jays’ best hitter this season. He also made two bad errors in the field, but that doesn’t count for most fantasy leagues. • Stays hot Monday
Guerrero went 3-for-4 with a three-run home run and a double in Monday's 7-6 loss to Boston.

Advice: Guerrero knocked a three-run blast to cap off Toronto's five-run seventh inning. The 471-foot blast traveled clear over the Draft Kings sign above the Green Monster and is the longest of his career. He hit (.235) through 14 games to begin the month but has since gone 12-for-34 (.353) with three homers over his last eight contests. Those three homers have come in his last four games after he hit just three over his previous 39 appearances. Guerrero is slashing .286/.368/.429 with 36 RBI and 23 extra-base hits. • Goes deep again Sunday
Guerrero went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run and two runs scored in Sunday's 6-5 loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Guerrero launched a two-run home run in the top of first inning off Triston McKenzie, giving Toronto an early lead. He later singled and came around to score on a base knock by Addison Barger in the top of the fifth. The homer was his ninth of the season and second of the three-game series with Cleveland. Guerrero has now notched at least one hit in six of his last eight contests, batting .294 with two home runs, three RBI and four runs scored over that stretch. Rotowire.com Sunday, 9:00 pm
  • Provides only offense Friday
Guerrero went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's loss to the Guardians.

Advice: The first baseman took Carlos Carrasco deep in the fourth inning, but it was all the offense the Blue Jays could muster in a 7-1 loss. Guerrero hadn't gone yard since June 6, and while he continues to scald the ball -- he's in the 99th percentile in average exit velocity and hard-hit rate -- a 5.9 degree average launch angle is costing him power. On the season, he's batting .281 with a career-low .406 SLG, eight homers and 31 RBI in 75 games. Rotowire.com Saturday, 8:56 am
  • Vladimir Guerrero Jr. homers in loss
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 2-for-4 with a solo home run on Friday in a loss to the Guardians

Advice: This Blue Jays offense is a disaster. Guerrero’s solo shot was their only glimmer of offense before they loaded the bases in the ninth inning. The home run was Guerrero’s eighth, a very disappointing number as we near the midway point of the season. Rotoworld Friday, 6:50 pm
  • Goes deep in loss
Turner went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double, two runs scored and a walk in Monday's loss to Boston.

Advice: Turner scored Toronto's first run after drawing a walk in the second inning. He later ripped a solo shot in the sixth inning for his fifth home run of the year. He snapped a 33-game homerless drought, during which he slashed .155/.250/.191. Turner now owns a .691 OPS with 18 extra-base hits and 24 runs scored through 233 plate appearances. • Vlad Jr. has three-hit game in win Sunday
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 3-for-4 with a walk and a run scored against the Guardians on Sunday.

Advice: Guerrero was 1-for-17 (.059) with one walk in his last five games. While the three hits were good to see, his power is still a concern. Guerrero’s .122 ISO is a career-low and with seven home runs so far he’s going to have to pick up the pace to even repeat the 26 home runs he hit last season.

  • On bench Sunday
Turner is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

Advice: George Springer will get the start at DH as Addison Barger takes over in right field against right-hander Ben Lively. Age has caught up to Turner in a hurry -- he's slashing .225/.314/.345 with four home runs this season -- and the veteran will likely continue to receive regular rest days as the Blue Jays work in newcomers like Barger and Spencer Horwitz.
