      David Hamilton is not in the lineup for Tuesday’s series opener against the Marlins.

      Advice: Hamilton grabs a seat on the bench with Marlins rookie Valente Bellozo taking the ball to open Tuesday’s showdown in Miami. The 26-year-old has been forced to split time with fellow youngster Enmanuel Valdez at the keystone over the last few weeks, which probably works well for the Red Sox, but is a thorn in the side for fantasy managers. It’ll be difficult for him to find everyday playing time unless injuries strike Boston’s outfield, which would lead to Ceddanne Rafaela moving from shortstop to center field.       Advice: Hamilton has started to cool off at the plate a bit with just two hits in his last 18 at-bats.       Harvey (2-4) took the loss Monday against the Mets, surrendering five runs (four earned) on three hits over two-thirds of an inning as the Nationals fell 9-7 in 10 innings.

      Advice: The final frame was a disaster for Harvey and the Nats -- after the right-hander hit Harrison Bader with a pitch, J.D. Martinez crushed a splitter over the heart of the plate for a three-run shot before extra-base hits by Tyrone Taylor and Francisco Alvarez chased Harvey from the game. The normally reliable set-up man has been tagged for eight earned runs in his last four appearances, and his ERA has more than doubled over the last month, going from 2.08 after an appearance June 2 to 4.24 following Monday's outing.       Garrett earned the save in Monday's 9-7 win over the Nationals. He faced two batters, allowing one hit and striking out one.

      Advice: With Edwin Diaz still out due to suspension, Garrett entered with a three-run lead and two outs in the 10th inning. The previous reliever, Tyler Jay, left runners on first and second to clean up. After allowing a run-scoring single to Keibert Ruiz, Garrett punched out Luis Garcia to bring New York back to .500.       Advice: Tyler Jay struggled in the bottom of the 10th after the Mets scored six runs in the top of the inning, so Garrett got an easy save chance.       Hunter Harvey allowed five runs — four earned —in the top of the 10th to take a loss to the Mets on Monday.

      Advice: It’s the third time in a month that Harvey has allowed at least three runs, and his ERA has doubled from 2.08 on June 2 to 4.24 now. Apart from these three really bad outings, he’s done just fine. Still, we’re not sure he makes much sense on mixed-league rosters at this point; maybe there’s a chance the Nationals will trade Kyle Finnegan and make Harvey their closer, but it seems quite a bit more likely that they’ll keep both or trade both.       Gunnar Henderson announced on ESPN that he will participate in this year’s Home Run Derby.
