• Schwarber has three-hit game Saturday
Kyle Schwarber went 3-for-3 with a double, a walk, a sacrifice fly, and two runs scored against the Rockies on Saturday.

Advice: Schwarber’s average is up to .234 on the season, which would be his best since 2021. Unfortunately, he’s having the worst power season of his career. Schwarber has nine home runs, but his .157 ISO this season is the lowest of his career. He’s hit at least 46 home runs in each of the last two seasons and has a career .259 ISO so a power surge could be on the way.

  • Homers, steals base in win
Turang went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, a walk and a stolen base Saturday in Boston.

Advice: His third home run of the season came in the eighth inning off reliever Zack Kelly. Turang had drawn a walk and notched his 19th stolen base of the season earlier in the contest. After going 26-for-30 in stolen base attempts as a rookie, Turang is now a perfect 19-for-19 in 2024. Only Elly De La Cruz has more this season with 31. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:45 pm

  • Picks up one-out save
Megill recorded a one-out save in Saturday's 6-3 victory over the Red Sox.

Advice: The Brewers were hoping to give Megill the night off, but they were forced to turn to him with two outs in the bottom of the ninth and the tying run in the batter's box. Megill surrendered an RBI single to the first batter he faced to let one inherited runner score, but he quickly rebounded with a strikeout to end it. Having converted each of the Brewers' last eight traditional saves, Megill is the clear closer in Milwaukee. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:40 pm

  • Picks up win No. 6 Saturday
Keller (6-3) picked up the victory Saturday against Atlanta, allowing just one run on six hits over 6.2 innings. He registered four strikeouts.

Advice: Keller was efficient, needing only 88 pitches to complete his 6.2 frames. Although the right-hander struck out just four, he had a solid 15 whiffs on his 88 offerings. Keller entered May with a 5.18 ERA and no wins in his last three starts. In four outings this month, he's 4-0 with a 1.30 ERA, although the strikeouts haven't been there with only 19 in 33.1 innings. Keller's next outing is projected to come in Toronto. Rotowire.com Saturday, 6:05 pm

  • Snags win Saturday
McArthur (2-2) allowed an unearned run on one hit over two innings, earning the extra-innings win over the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: McArthur gave up a two-out RBI double in the 10th inning that tied the game at 4-4, but the Royals took the lead for good in the 11th. May hasn't been an easy month for McArthur, who has given up eight runs (six earned) over 10 innings while converting four of his six save chances. He's at a 3.80 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 23:3 K:BB over 23.2 innings while adding 11 saves in 14 chances and one hold. McArthur's role as the Royals' primary closer isn't in doubt yet, but it's possible Carlos Hernandez will be a factor in the late innings eventually after recovering from a shoulder injury that kept him out for the first two months of the campaign. • Trea Turner runs at higher intensity on Saturday
Trea Turner (hamstring) was able to run at a higher intensity on Saturday as he continues to work his way back from a left hamstring strain.

Advice: If he feels alright on Sunday, he could soon progress to actually running on the bases. He’ll still need to take swings against live pitching and play in at least some simulated games before he’ll be ready to rejoin the Phillies’ lineup, but he continues to make much quicker progress than originally anticipated. • Runs at higher intensity Saturday
Phillies manager Rob Thomson said that Turner (hamstring) ran at a higher intensity Saturday, Corey Seidman of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Advice: Turner could progress to running the bases as soon as the Phillies' series in San Francisco against the Giants which begins Monday. He will need to complete that step and also see live pitching before being cleared to begin a rehab assignment, but rehab games wouldn't seem to be too terribly far off if he continues moving in the right direction. • Mitch Keller holds Atlanta to one run over 6 1/3
Mitch Keller gave up just one run over 6 1/3 innings in a win over Atlanta on Saturday.

Advice: Keller, 28, scattered six hits with four strikeouts against no free passes. The right-hander allowed an RBI single to Jarred Kelenic, but that was it in terms of scoring plays while he was on the bump. Keller has been excellent in May while allowing just four runs over his four starts, and he’s scheduled to begin June with an outing against the Blue Jays next Saturday. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:42 pm

  • Brice Turang homers, steals bag in win over Boston
Brice Turang homered and stole a base while helping the Brewers to a 6-3 win Saturday over the Red Sox.

Advice: Turang hit his third homer of the season off Zack Kelly to extend Milwaukee’s lead to 6-2. The speedy infielder also swiped his 19th bag of the season in the victory. Turang is enjoying a strong 2024 campaign, and fantasy managers have to be thrilled with a .301/.356/.429 slash with the aforementioned swipes. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:02 pm
