• Runs at higher intensity Saturday
Phillies manager Rob Thomson said that Turner (hamstring) ran at a higher intensity Saturday, Corey Seidman of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Advice: Turner could progress to running the bases as soon as the Phillies' series in San Francisco against the Giants which begins Monday. He will need to complete that step and also see live pitching before being cleared to begin a rehab assignment, but rehab games wouldn't seem to be too terribly far off if he continues moving in the right direction. • Brice Turang homers, steals bag in win over Boston
Brice Turang homered and stole a base while helping the Brewers to a 6-3 win Saturday over the Red Sox.

Advice: Turang hit his third homer of the season off Zack Kelly to extend Milwaukee’s lead to 6-2. The speedy infielder also swiped his 19th bag of the season in the victory. Turang is enjoying a strong 2024 campaign, and fantasy managers have to be thrilled with a .301/.356/.429 slash with the aforementioned swipes. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:02 pm

  • Day off Saturday
Moreno isn't in the Diamondbacks' lineup for Saturday's game against Miami.

Advice: Moreno will take a seat Saturday after going 0-for-3 in a loss during Friday's series opener. His absence will allow Tucker Barnhart to start behind the dish and bat eighth. Rotowire.com Saturday, 2:24 pm
  • Getting breather Saturday
Diaz isn't in the Rays' lineup Saturday against the Royals.

Advice: Diaz will get a day off Saturday after going 1-for-4 during a loss in Friday's series opener. His absence will allow Jonathan Aranda to start at first base, moving Isaac Paredes into the DH spot while Amed Rosario starts at the hot corner. Rotowire.com Saturday, 12:47 pm

  • Yandy Díaz getting day off Saturday vs. Royals
Yandy Díaz is not in the lineup for Saturday’s showdown against the Royals.

Advice: Díaz hasn’t been able to replicate last year’s form that fueled a career-best 22 homer explosion, but the plate skills have remained relatively stable at their usual near-elite levels. The 32-year-old’s barrel percentage has slipped from 9.5 percent last year to a lackluster 4.6 mark this season, which has led to a steep drop off in power. Rotoworld Saturday, 9:23 am

  • Slugs 12th homer
Alonso went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI in Friday's 8-7 loss to the Giants.

Advice: Another bullpen meltdown wasted a big night from the Mets' offense, as Alonso's seventh-inning solo shot off Nick Avila was New York's third homer of the game. The first baseman extended his hitting streak to nine games, and over the last 15 contests Alonso is slashing .313/.362/.609 with four of his 12 homers on the season and 10 of his 26 RBI. • Pops fourth homer
Rengifo went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, an RBI and two runs scored in Friday's loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Rengifo opened the scoring by popping a 413-foot solo shot in the bottom of the first. The switch-hitting Angel has been hot since returning from an illness May 17, hitting .300 (9-for-30) with two homers, three steals, four runs scored and five RBI. Overall, Rengifo is slashing .322/.374/.504 in 132 plate appearances while playing every day at second or third base. Rotowire.com Friday, 9:56 pm

  • Homer streak at three games
Judge went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 8-0 win over the Padres.

Advice: Judge is dialed in at the plate with a homer in three straight games and 10 long balls over his last 18 contests. In that longer span, he's gone 25-for-60 (.417) with 18 RBI and 10 doubles. On the year, Judge has 16 homers, 37 RBI, 35 runs scored, two stolen bases, 17 doubles and a .275/.411/.619 slash line over 53 contests. He's enjoyed good health and a productive lineup around him in 2024, and while a repeat of his 62-homer campaign from 2022 remains unlikely, he's still among the best sluggers in the majors. • Aaron Judge swats 16th homer in blowout win
Aaron Judge hit his 16th homer while driving in two runs in a blowout victory over the Padres on Friday.

Advice: Judge, Juan Soto and Giancarlo Stanton all took Yu Darvish deep in the third inning. The 6-foot-7 outfielder is already up to 16 homers on the season and he plated another with a sac fly in the first. Judge has driven in 37 runs, and is a lock to provide consistent run production as long as he’s healthy enough to do so. Rotoworld Friday, 9:26 pm
