    Advice: Almonte suffered a setback in his recovery from a right shoulder strain this past week. He remains without an updated return timeline, but his move to the 60-day IL suggests the 30-year-old righty isn't expected back relatively soon. The outfielder has now posted at least one RBI in three consecutive games and in four of his last five overall.     Advice: Matos jumped on a hanging knuckle-curve from Drew Smyly in the fifth and sent it into the stands in left-center field for his third home run of the campaign and first since May 18 against Colorado. It marked the outfielder's second consecutive two-hit performance and first RBI this month. He's also hit safely in three straight contests and is now batting .320 (8-for-25) in June.     Luis Matos went 2-for-3 with a solo homer in the Giants’ 4-3 win against the Cubs on Wednesday.

    Advice: Matos was recalled after Mike Yastrzemski hit the injured list last week. He’s collected at least one hit in all four starts, including a solo homer in the fifth inning off of Drew Smyly on Wednesday. The 22-year-old outfielder is slashing .253/.272/.374 with three homers and 21 RBI across 103 plate appearances. Given his bat-to-ball skills and improved hard-hit rate, he should get a chance to continue improving on his .253 BABIP and could be relevant in five-outfielder leagues.     Michael Conforto went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer against the Cubs on Wednesday.

    Advice: With a runner on base in the second inning, Conforto took Hayden Wesneski deep to right center field for a two-run shot to put the Giants on the board. It was Conforto’s ninth homer of the season and only his second in June. The 31-year-old outfielder is slashing .232/.286/.415 with 23 runs scored and 29 RBI across 224 plate appearances.     Advice: Kremer struggled in his second rehab outing this past Saturday with Norfolk, allowing five runs while recording just two outs. He got his pitch count to 59 in his first rehab start but was pulled from the second outing after throwing just 39 pitches due to a stressful first inning. It's possible Kremer will be ready to return from the 15-day injured list next week, though that decision depends on how he looks Thursday and how much he can get stretched out.
