• Swipes two bases Tuesday
Kreidler went 2-for-2 with a walk, a run and two stolen bases in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Phillies.

Advice: Kreidler stole the first two bases of his MLB career in the seventh inning. The 26-year-old has mostly been a bench player in the majors, so while Tuesday's effort was promising, it looks to be an outlier. Zach McKinstry should get most of the playing time at shortstop in the near future with Javier Baez (back) still on the injured list, pushing Kreidler to a reserve role most days. • Taylor Walls has three hits in win
Taylor Walls went 3-for-4 with a run and two RBI in a win over the Mariners on Tuesday.

Advice: Walls is now up to a robust .175/.277/.250 slash line since coming off the IL on June 7th. Still, the Rays continue to start him almost every game at shortstop due to his plus defense. Walls will likely never hit enough to be in fantasy lineups, but his presence in the Tampa Bay lineup will put a damper on the fantasy value of Brandon Lowe and Jose Caballero, who are splitting time at second base as a result. • To miss a few more weeks
Baez (back) won't be with the Tigers during their road trip that ends July 7 and will require an "extensive" rehab assignment, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.

Advice: Baez became eligible to return from the IL on June 19, but manager AJ Hinch noted Tuesday that the shortstop won't travel with Detroit during its 10-game road trip that kicks off Thursday. Even once Baez is cleared for game action, he'll need to make several appearances in the minors before being activated from the IL. Given the current timeline, Baez could be held out until after the All-Star break. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:44 pm

  • On bench as expected
Arcia (head) is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Cardinals.

Advice: Arcia was expected to miss Tuesday's game after being lifted from Monday's contest due to dizziness. Zack Short will fill in at shortstop and Arcia should be considered day-to-day moving forward. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:34 pm

  • Out of lineup again
Rosario (face) isn't starting Tuesday's game against the Mariners.

Advice: Rosario will miss a third straight game after being hit by a pitch in the face Sunday against Pittsburgh. It's unclear if he'll be available off the bench. The Rays will wrap up the Mariners' series Wednesday before having a team day off Thursday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:28 pm

  • Idle against lefty
McKinstry is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: McKinstry will avoid a matchup with Ranger Suarez on Tuesday, yielding to Ryan Kreidler at shortstop. McKinstry had started in each of the Tigers' last two games, going 4-for-7 with a solo homer and two doubles. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:53 am

  • Working out in outfield
Bliss tracked flyballs in left field during batting practice prior to Monday's game versus the Rays, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

Advice: Bliss has played only second base and shortstop since entering pro ball and starts at those spots figure to be few and far between with J.P. Crawford holding down shortstop and Jorge Polanco (hamstring) back off the injured list to cover second base. The Mariners elected to keep Bliss on the roster after Polanco's activation, so perhaps they will give him some reps in the outfield. Bliss has acquitted himself well during his first go-round in the majors in slashing .265/.345/.429 over 21 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:12 am

  • Orlando Arcia (dizziness) likely to rest Tuesday
Orlando Arcia will likely get Tuesday off after leaving Monday’s game with dizziness.

Advice: The Braves believe he was dehydrated. Zack Short will probably start at shortstop Tuesday, but Arcia might be available off the bench. Rotoworld Monday, 8:52 pm

  • Likely sitting Tuesday
Manager Brian Snitker stated that the team will probably give Arcia (head) Tuesday off, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Advice: Arcia received fluids after leaving Monday's game due to dizziness and didn't appear to be feeling well in the clubhouse afterward, per Toscano. "Just probably dehydrated, I guess," said Snitker. "I don't know. I know they gave him fluids, so we'll probably put him down tomorrow and let him regroup and see where he's at." Zack Short would be the obvious choice for a start at shortstop Tuesday in Arcia's place. Rotowire.com Monday, 8:35 pm
