• Homers off bench Tuesday
Fry went 1-for-1 with a two-run home run and a walk in Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Mets.

Advice: Fry didn't start Tuesday, but he delivered a two-run home run when he pinch hit for Kyle Manzardo in the sixth inning. Over his last 11 games, Fry has gone 10-for-27 (.370) with four homers, nine RBI, 10 runs scored, two stolen bases and an 8:6 BB:K. The 28-year-old is taking advantage of every opportunity he gets despite lacking an everyday spot in the lineup. He's up to a .338/.476/.588 slash line with five homers, 18 RBI, 19 runs scored and three steals over 105 plate appearances this season. Fry has already surpassed his numbers from 113 plate appearances in 2023 in all of the major fantasy-relevant categories. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:19 pm

  • Pair of hits, homer
France went 2-for-4 with a solo home run during Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Yankees.

Advice: The first baseman clubbed his fifth homer of the campaign, taking Dennis Santana yard in the seventh frame. Across his last eight games, France is batting .276 with three home runs and hasn't struck out multiple times in a contest during that stretch. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:58 pm

  • Pops fourth homer
Renfroe went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 10-3 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Renfroe has gone 6-for-24 (.250) with five RBI over his last seven contests. While that's still modest hitting, it's a vast improvement on his .160 batting average for the season. Despite the middling results at the plate, Renfroe has started six of the last eight games in right field and appears to have fended off challenges for playing time from Dairon Blanco and Adam Frazier that popped up earlier in May. Renfroe has four homers, 18 RBI, 15 runs scored, four doubles, no stolen bases and a .518 OPS over 144 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:24 pm

  • Drives in two
Mendick went 2-for-4 with a single and a two-RBI double during Tuesday's 5-0 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Mendick entered Tuesday's contest 1-for-14 (.071) in four games since coming off the IL. The 30-year-old delivered a two-RBI double in the eighth inning off Tim Mayza to provide the White Sox with some insurance runs. Mendick has been serving as the White Sox's everyday third baseman with Bryan Ramos (quad) sidelined. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:22 pm

  • Stays hot Tuesday
Keith went 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Tuesday's 10-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: While the Tigers struggled as a team, Keith continued to roll. The rookie is batting a robust .441 over his last 10 contests and he's recorded three or more hits in a game three times already this month. Keith came into May batting just .154 but he's pushed that up to .230, and the 22-year-old has a prospect pedigree that suggests he'll be able to sustain this level of play. • Triples, drives in two Tuesday
Vierling went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run scored and two RBI in Tuesday's 10-3 loss to the Royals.

Advice: Vierling picked up the start at third base and recorded his first multi-hit game in two weeks. The 27-year-old has shifted back to a utility role with Gio Urshela healthy once again, though the Tigers will continue to find spot starts for Vierling to keep the veteran Urshela healthy. Vierling's fantasy value is reduced in this setup, but he can still deliver some decent numbers on days when he's in the lineup. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:28 pm
  • Luke Raley homers in win over Yankees
Luke Raley went 1-for-5 with a home run in Tuesday’s win over the Yankees.

Advice: Raley is now hitting .306 on the season and has four home runs and 12 RBI to his name in 38 games. The lefty is riding a hot hand at the moment and is currently sitting on an eight-game hitting streak. Raley has absolutely raked this month, going 21-for-53 (.396) with seven extra-base hits. He’ll cool off eventually, but he’s worth a start as long as the hot hitting continues. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:23 pm

  • Matt Vierling drives in two in loss to Royals
Matt Vierling went 2-for-4 with two RBI in the Tigers’ loss to the Royals.

Advice: Vierling drove in two of the Tigers’ three runs they scored in the fourth inning. His one-out triple brought home Wencel Pérez and Mark Canha and helped cut into what was an 8-0 deficit at the time. Vierling has now driven in 18 runs on the season while also adding three homers. He’s hit safely in five of his last six games but doesn’t provide enough to make him worth starting outside the deepest of leagues. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:07 pm
  • Mark Vientos has two hits, HR in loss to Guardians
Mark Vientos went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in a loss to the Guardians on Tuesday.

Advice: Vientos got a rare start against a right-handed pitcher and delivered a double and a home run on the night. The home run was admittedly on a hanging breaking ball that just sat at the top of the zone, but Vientos still crushed it 430 feet at 111 mph off the bat. He followed that up in the next inning with a 106.5 mph double, which gave him the two hardest-hit balls of the night. With Brett Baty struggling, there’s a chance that Vientos will have an opportunity to claim the starting third base role in New York, so he deserves to be added while he’s swinging the bat like this.
