    Jose Miranda had a solo homer and an RBI double in helping the Twins edge the Astros 4-3 on Sunday.

    Advice: If there was any chance of Miranda being the countermove for Royce Lewis on Tuesday, it vanished today. He was probably sticking around anyway, even though Lewis is going to supplant him at third base. That’ll turn Miranda into more of a DH and first baseman.     Ildemaro Vargas went 2-for-3 scoring a run, driving one in, and stealing a base Sunday in a win over the Guardians.
