      Robert (hip) will serve as the designated hitter in a rehab game Sunday with Triple-A Charlotte and could be activated from the 10-day injured list as soon as Tuesday, MLB.com reports.

      Advice: Even with the positive news, manager Pedro Grifol cautioned that Robert won't return from the IL as an everyday player and will need a scheduled day off between every 2-to-4 games.       Luis Robert Jr. (hip) went 0-for-5 with two strikeouts on Friday in a minor league rehab contest for Triple-A Charlotte.

      Advice: Robert has gone 1-for-12 with a home run in three games for Triple-A Charlotte on his rehab assignment. There’s optimism that he’ll be ready to return early next week, but he’s going to get a couple more minor-league games under his belt this weekend to continue knocking off the rust.       Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun Times believes that Luis Robert Jr. (hip) will return to the White Sox’ lineup on Tuesday.

      Advice: The 26-year-old superstar is currently on a minor league rehab assignment at Triple-A Charlotte, where he received a planned day off on Thursday.       Riley Greene homered and walked in a victory over the Red Sox on Thursday.

      Advice: That was the first homer for Greene since May 6. It was a two-run shot off Chris Martin that doubled the Tigers’ lead to 4-0.     • Reaches three times in doubleheader
      Greene went 2-for-7 with a walk, a double and two runs scored in Wednesday's doubleheader against the Pirates.

      Advice: Greene did most of his damage in the first game, when he went 2-for-4 with both of his runs, then cooled down against Paul Skenes and the Pittsburgh bullpen in the nightcap. That's a microcosm of the outfielder's season, as he was batting .257 with a .911 OPS through the end of April, but he's batting just .204 with a .590 OPS this month.
