    • Provides lone run in loss
Seager went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and two walks in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Angels.

Advice: Seager's solid May continues -- he has gone 17-for-64 (.266) with four homers and nine RBI over 17 contests this month. The shortstop provided the Rangers' lone run against Jose Soriano. Seager's had a down year across the board with a .247/.338/.371 slash line, six homers, 17 RBI, 19 runs scored and three doubles through 44 games. The bright side is his 11.8 percent walk rate, which is the highest it's been in his three years as a Ranger. Rotowire.com Today, 8:55 pm

    • Knocks three hits
Turang went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBI, a run scored and a steal in Sunday's loss to Houston.

Advice: Turang doubled, swiped third base and scored in the first inning. He later knocked a two-run single in the seventh. He's been swinging a hot bat all season and is officially entering breakout territory. After registering a brutal .585 OPS through 448 plate appearances in 2023, Turang owns a .314/.369/.431 slash line through 43 games this season. He's perfect in 18 stolen base attempts and has produced 15 multi-hit games. Rotowire.com Today, 8:15 pm

    • Reinstated, optioned to Triple-A
Peraza (shoulder) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list and optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday.

Advice: Peraza has been on the injured list since suffering a shoulder injury in February, but he began a rehab assignment May 7. Most recently, he went 0-for-4 with a strikeout in his only contest with Triple-A, where he will now remain for the time being. The organization will likely allow the 23-year-old to find his footing with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre before ultimately elevating him to the major-league roster down the road. Rotowire.com Today, 8:12 pm

Garcia went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI, two runs scored and a steal in Sunday's win over Oakland.

Advice: Garcia doubled and scored in the first inning and knocked an RBI double in the fifth. He's gone 12-for-40 (.300) with six extra-base hits and eight RBI over his last nine games. On the year, Garcia's slash line is up to .249/.294/.402 with 11 stolen bases, 18 extra-base hits and 30 RBI through 46 games. Rotowire.com Today, 7:58 pm

    • Knocks two extra-base hits
Witt went 2-for-3 with a triple, a double, two RBI and a run scored in Sunday's win over Oakland.

Advice: Witt drove in a run with a first-inning double before coming around to score. He later tripled before chipping in an RBI sacrifice fly. He entered Sunday in a 3-for-24 (.125) skid over his previous six games but snapped that with his 18th multi-hit performance of the year. Witt is now slashing .296/.356/.511 with 24 extra-base hits and 42 runs scored through 48 games. Rotowire.com Today, 7:44 pm

    • Ha-Seong Kim has jack and a bag in win on Sunday
Ha-Seong Kim homered, swiped a base, walked and scored a pair of runs on Sunday night, leading the Padres in a 9-1 shellacking of the Braves in Atlanta.

Advice: Kim led off the fourth inning with a single off of Bryce Elder, swiped second base and scored on a two-run double off the bat of Fernando Tatis Jr. He then walloped a 393-foot (100.7 mph EV) solo shot off of Ray Kerr in the seventh inning that extended the Padres’ lead to 9-0. The dynamic 28-year-old is now hitting .213/.326/.372 on the season to go along with six homers, 22 RBI and nine stolen bases. Rotoworld Today, 7:05 pm

    • Cubs expected to promote Luis Vazquez on Monday
Jorge Castillo of ESPN reports that the Cubs are planning to promote Luis Vazquez from Triple-A Iowa on Monday.

Advice: No word yet on what the corresponding move could be, or where exactly Vazquez will see his action on the Cubs’ infield, but we’ll know more on Monday. The 24-year-old has hit .270/.369/.409 with three homers, 11 RBI and one stolen base (in three attempts) over 38 games at Triple-A Iowa this season. Rotoworld Today, 5:00 pm

    • Elly De La Cruz strikes out four times in loss
Elly De La Cruz went 0-for-5 with four strikeouts in a loss to the Dodgers on Sunday.

Advice: After a tremendous first game of the series, De La Cruz finished the final three games against the Dodgers going 0-for-13 with eight strikeouts. He’s off to an absurd start to the season with 30 stolen bases and nine home runs in 47 games; however, he has started to give back some of his early plate discipline gains. De La Cruz now has 26 strikeouts to just five walks in May while going 14-for-65 at the plate for a .215 average. He’s an electric fantasy player and not somebody you’d ever take out of your lineup, but the 22-year-old remains a work in progress as far as his approach at the plate goes. While that gives him scary good upside, it also means that you should be ready for some prolonged cold streaks as well. Rotoworld Today, 4:17 pm

    • Set to join Cubs
Vazquez is expected to be called up from Triple-A Iowa ahead of Tuesday's series opener with Atlanta, Jorge Castillo of ESPN.com reports.

Advice: Vazquez appears to be set to make his major-league debut after producing a .262 average with three home runs, 11 RBI, 22 runs scored and a stolen base over 141 at-bats in 39 contests at Iowa this season. It's possible that 27-year-old will replace Nico Hoerner (hamstring) on the big-league roster if Hoerner is ultimately placed on the injured list. Rotowire.com Today, 3:46 pm
