    • Homer, steal in win
Freeman went 1-for-1 with a solo home run, three walks, two RBI, one stolen base and two runs scored in Sunday's 4-0 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Freeman went yard in the first inning and added a sacrifice fly in the eighth. The three walks he drew Sunday matched his total of free passes from his previous 13 games. Freeman's at a 13.4 percent walk rate on the year, to go along with an equally impressive 16.0 percent walks rate. The first baseman has a .293/.399/.477 slash line with seven homers, 35 RBI, 35 runs scored, two steals, 16 doubles and two triples over 61 contests. While his numbers are down pretty much across the board, Freeman remains one of the most consistent hitters in baseball in the heart of a powerful lineup. Rotowire.com 7 minutes ago

    • Battles through quality start
Littell did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on 11 hits and one walk over six innings against the Orioles. He struck out two.

Advice: Littell's day started by allowing a leadoff homer to Gunnar Henderson, but he somehow managed to keep the Rays in the game despite walking the tight rope throughout most of his six-inning effort. In total, Littell scattered a season-high 11 hits and 12 total baserunners while accumulating a season-low two strikeouts. Despite facing at least five Orioles batters in four of his six innings completed, Littell managed to walk away with a quality start and his gritty performance kept the door open for the Rays to pull off the comeback win. Littell will look to make things a bit easier on himself during his next start, tentatively slated to take place against these same Orioles next weekend when the O's return the favor and make the trip to Tampa. • Zack Littell gives up 11 hits to Orioles
Zack Littell allowed three runs and 11 hits over six innings Sunday against the Orioles.

Advice: It was a rather odd game in Baltimore, in that there were 28 hits and just seven runs. The Orioles outhit the Rays 15-13, outwalked them 2-1 and had three hits with RISP to the Rays’ one, yet the Rays, who were also 0-for-2 stealing bases, ended up winning 4-3. Littell allowed three runs or fewer for the 10th time in 12 starts, even though his hits total topped his previous season high by two. He definitely deserves better than a 2-3 record for his 3.56 ERA. Rotoworld Today, 1:47 pm

    • Hitting bench Sunday
Moore is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

Advice: Moore will take a seat in the series finale after he went 1-for-14 with eight strikeouts while starting each of the past four games at either second base or third base. While he remains in the mix for steady playing at the keystone with Jorge Polanco (hamstring) on the injured list, Moore looks to be slowing down at the plate after a hot run over the first three weeks of May. Dating back to May 23, Moore is slashing .103/.297/.138 over a stretch of nine games. If Moore's struggles continue, Ryan Bliss could end up unseating him as the preferred option at second base. • Dylan Moore not starting Sunday vs. Angels
Dylan Moore is not in the starting lineup for Sunday’s game against the Angels.

Advice: Moore has scuffled as of late, and he’ll get a day off Sunday with Ryan Bliss getting another start at second base. Mitch Haniger is also out for the finale against the Halos with Dominic Canzone starting in right field. Rotoworld Today, 10:12 am

    • Jose Altuve gets Sunday off against Twins
Jose Altuve is not in the starting lineup Sunday against the Twins.

Advice: Altuve will get a rare day off for the series finale against the Twins. He’ll take a seat with Mauricio Dubon hitting sixth and playing second base. Kyle Tucker is leading off as the designated hitter, with Chas McCormick getting the start in right field. Rotoworld Today, 9:46 am

    • Taking seat in series finale
Cowser is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rays.

Advice: After going 1-for-7 with a walk between the first two games of the series versus Tampa Bay, Cowser will hit the bench for the series finale while Austin Hays picks up a start in left field. Cowser had started each of the Orioles' previous seven contests and still appears to be locked into a near-everyday role in the outfield. Rotowire.com Today, 9:40 am

    • Getting afternoon off
Altuve is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins.

Advice: Altuve is on the bench for just the second time all season and the first time since May 12 in what looks to be nothing more than a routine maintenance day. Mauricio Dubon will step in at second base for Altuve, who is currently in the midst of a seven-game hitting streak. Rotowire.com Today, 9:20 am

    • Back in lineup Sunday
Canha (hip) will start at designated hitter and bat cleanup in Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: As expected, the veteran will return to the lineup for the series finale after missing the last two games with a hip strain. Canha holds a slash line of .247/.358/.401 with 24 RBI and 27 runs this season. Rotowire.com Today, 7:06 am
