• Anthony Volpe aims to extend hitting streak to 22
Anthony Volpe will carry a 21-game hitting streak into Thursday’s series finale against the Angels.

Advice: Volpe can surpass Diamondbacks star Ketel Marte for the longest hitting streak in the majors this season with another knock during Thursday’s series finale in Los Angeles. The 23-year-old shortstop’s offseason overhaul to his swing and offensive approach have resulted in a robust .288 batting average to go along with six homers and 11 stolen bases. He’s recorded at least one hit in 21 straight contests since May 7. He’s a long way from Joe DiMaggio’s 56-game streak, but it’s an interesting wrinkle for fantasy managers to continue monitoring. • Produces team's lone run Wednesday
Kim went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to Miami on Wednesday.

Advice: Kim's third-inning solo shot was the only run San Diego managed against Braxton Garrett and four Marlins relievers. The long ball was Kim's seventh through 231 plate appearances this season, putting him on pace to surpass last year's career-best total of 17 homers. The shortstop has added 13 stolen bases but has otherwise struggled with a .214/.326/.367 slash line. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:47 am

  • Crushes grand slam Wednesday
Henderson went 1-for-4 with a grand slam in Wednesday's 6-1 win over the Red Sox.

Advice: The majority of Baltimore's scoring output came on Henderson's second-inning, 422-foot grand slam. It was the young shortstop's second career grand slam and 18th homer of the campaign, tying him with Kyle Tucker for the MLB lead. Henderson also ranks seventh in the league with a .938 OPS. • Gunnar Henderson’s grand slam powers Orioles
Gunnar Henderson blasted a grand slam on Wednesday, powering the Orioles to a 6-1 victory over the visiting Red Sox.

Advice: The 22-year-old superstar changed the entire complexion of the ballgame in the second inning as he crushed a 1-0 cutter from Kutter Crawford for a 422-foot (109.2 mph EV) grand slam that gave the Orioles a 5-1 lead. It would be his only hit in four at-bats on the night, but was more than enough to propel his team to victory. Henderson is playing like he has his sights set on the American League MVP award this season — slashing .258/.354/.584 with 18 homers and 41 RBI. Rotoworld Wednesday, 7:18 pm
  • Ha-Seong Kim goes deep in Padres’ loss to Marlins
Ha-Seong Kim belted a solo homer on Wednesday in the Padres’ blowout loss to the Marlins.

Advice: There weren’t a whole lot of positives for San Diego in this one as Kim’s third-inning shot off Marlins starter Braxton Garrett represented their lone tally in a one-sided affair. The 28-year-old’s batting average remains stuck around the Mendoza line, but he’s got eight homers and 13 stolen bases through 58 games so far. Rotoworld Wednesday, 5:41 pm

  • Out of Tuesday's lineup
Moore isn't in the Mariners' lineup Tuesday against the Astros.

Advice: Moore has been extremely hot at the plate lately, slashing an incredible .324/.489/.735 with three homers and seven RBI across his last 11 games. He'll get a breather against Hunter Brown and the Astros while Luke Raley, Julio Rodriguez and Dominic Canzone start across the outfield with Mitch Haniger in as the DH. • Hitting streak reaches 19
Volpe went 1-for-3 with a walk, a steal and a run scored in Sunday's loss to the Padres.

Advice: Volpe extended his hitting streak to 19 games with a single in the sixth inning. He would then steal second and come around to score off a Juan Soto double to open up the scoring and force Joe Musgrove out of the game. His hit streak is the longest by a Yankee since Derek Jeter in 2012. Volpe is currently tied for sixth in the American League with 61 hits and tied for fifth with 11 steals. The 23-year-old has been thriving in the leadoff spot for the majority of the season and is now slashing .282/.355/.435 with 18 extra-base hits, 23 RBI, 36 runs and a 22:52 BB:K in 244 plate appearances. • Ha-Seong Kim leads Padres past Yankees on Sunday
Ha-Seong Kim went 2-for-3 with a walk, run scored and an RBI on Sunday afternoon, leading the Padres to a 5-2 victory over the visiting Yankees.

Advice: Kim drove in the go-ahead run with a bunt single off of Victor Gonzalez in the seventh inning, then came around to score on an infield single off the bat of Fernando Tatis Jr. With his two-hit attack, the dynamic 28-year-old infielder is now hitting .216/.333/.362 with six homers, 23 RBI and 13 stolen bases on the season. • Swipes two bases Friday
Moore went 0-for-3 with a walk and two stolen bases in a loss to the Nationals on Friday.

Advice: It's been quite the productive week for Moore, who also homered twice Tuesday against the Yankees in what was his second consecutive multi-hit effort. The 31-year-old has now reached safely in nine consecutive games, a stretch during which he's accumulated seven extra-base hits (four doubles, three home runs), eight walks and six runs on his way to a .346 average and 1.360 OPS (35 plate appearances). The combination of his defensive versatility, pop and plate discipline has earned Moore a regular role between the infield and left field. Rotowire.com May 25, 8:38 am
