    • Luis Robert Jr. (hip) homers Tuesday at Triple-A
Luis Robert Jr. (hip) belted a solo homer on Tuesday in a minor league rehab contest for Triple-A Charlotte.

Advice: Robert made some noise right away in his first rehab contest at the Triple-A level with a towering blast in his first at-bat of the night. He finished 1-for-3 with a pair of runs scored. The 26-year-old fantasy stalwart will likely get a couple more rehab games under his belt before returning to Chicago, but he’s not far away at this juncture. He’s been out since early April due to a Grade 2 hip flexor strain. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:22 pm

    • Swipes seventh bag Monday
Winker went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Monday's win over Atlanta.

Advice: After being held out of Sunday's starting nine due to mild cramping in his quadriceps, Winker looked fully healthy Monday as he stole his seventh bag of the year. The 30-year-old was mired in a slump through the first half of May, but he appears to be heating up again -- over his last nine games, he's batting .296 (8-for-27) with a double, two homers, three steals, five RBI and six runs. • Belts 10th homer
Schwarber went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a walk and a stolen base in Monday's loss to San Francisco.

Advice: Schwarber put the Phillies on the board in the third inning with a two-run shot off reigning NL Cy Young Award winner Blake Snell. It was his fourth homer against a lefty this season, and he's now batting a lofty .333 (27-for-71) against southpaw hurlers. Overall, Schwarber's .359 OBP this season is on pace for the second-highest mark of his career. Rotowire.com Monday, 9:51 pm
    • Schwarber has home run, steal against Giants Monday
Kyle Schwarber went 2-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a two-run home run against the Giants on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Schwarber’s 10th of the season and the stolen base was his third. He’s been heating up lately as he’s 10-for-25 (.385) over his last seven games. The home run was Schwarber’s first since May 6th. His power has been down this season, but he’s been known to hit home runs in bunches. Maybe this could be the start of a hot streak for Schwarber.

    • Back in lineup Monday
Winker (quad) will start at designated hitter and bat sixth in Monday's game in Atlanta.

Advice: Winker exited Saturday's game versus the Mariners and didn't start the following day because of left quad cramps, but he entered Sunday's game as a pinch hitter and is feeling well enough to DH in this one. He's slashing just .172/.290/.359 so far in May following a .265/.381/.418 line in April. Rotowire.com Monday, 10:48 am
    • Goes deep Sunday
Verdugo went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-2 loss to the Padres.

Advice: Verdugo ripped a leadoff homer off Robert Suarez in the ninth to bring the Yankees within three and extend his hitting streak to eight games. He's been locked in over the second half of May, slashing .308/.309/.519 with two homers, 11 RBI and seven runs over his last 13 games. He's making better contact this season as a whole, evidenced by his 10.8 strikeout rate, which is currently the fourth lowest in all of baseball among qualifying players. For the year, Verdugo has provided a steady presence in the lineup, slashing .261/.324/.431 with seven homers, 28 RBI, 26 runs and a 19:23 BB:K in 213 plate appearances. • Triples, scores in loss
Carroll went 1-for-3 with a walk, a triple and a run scored in Sunday's 3-1 loss to Miami.

Advice: Arizona's offense couldn't get anything going until Carroll tripled and scored in the bottom of the eighth inning. It was the outfielder's fourth triple of the season, all coming within the last eight games. However, there's been little to celebrate for Carroll, whose .188 average and .096 ISO are miles below what they were in 2023. Rotowire.com Monday, 4:13 am

    • Alex Verdugo slugs solo homer in loss Sunday
Alex Verdugo slugged his seventh home run of the season on Sunday afternoon, but it wasn’t enough to power the Yankees to victory over the Padres.

Advice: Verdugo tagged Padres’ closer Robert Suarez for his 351-foot (99.3 mph EV) solo shot in the ninth inning that pulled the Yankees to within three runs at 5-2. He finished the afternoon 1-for-4 plus a strikeout and is now hitting .261/.324/.431 with seven long balls and 28 RBI on the year. Rotoworld Sunday, 4:10 pm

    • Corbin Carroll triples and scores in loss to Fish
Corbin Carroll tripled, walked and scored a run as the Diamondbacks fell to the Marlins on Sunday afternoon in Miami.

Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder smacked a one-out triple off of Calvin Faucher in the eighth inning and dashed home with the Diamondbacks’ first run on a ground ball off the bat of Lourdes Gurriel Jr. While Carroll’s bat has perked up over the past couple of weeks, he’s still slashing an anemic .188/.274/.284 on the season to go along with two homers, 17 RBI and nine stolen bases.
