    • Bound for injured list
Atlanta will place Harris (hamstring) on the 10-day injured list Saturday, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Harris had to make an early exit from Friday's game versus Tampa Bay due to tightness in his left hamstring, and the team has already deemed his injury severe enough to warrant a trip to the IL. The 23-year-old outfielder will receive an MRI on his hamstring Saturday, at which point the team will have a better idea of how long he will be out for. In the meantime, Harris' absence opens a spot in Atlanta's outfield for Brian Anderson to potentially see consistent playing time. Rotowire.com 7 minutes ago

    • Michael Harris II (hamstring) heading to 10-day IL
Braves’ manager Brian Snitker told reporters after Friday’s game that Michael Harris II will be placed on the 10-day injured list on Saturday.

Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder was pulled from Friday’s game in the first inning due to tightness in his left hamstring. He’ll undergo an MRI exam on Saturday to determine the severity of the injury, but he’s going to miss at least a couple of weeks. With Ronald Acuna Jr. already lost for the year and Harris now out for an indefinite amount of time, don’t be surprised if the Braves aggressively pursue the trade market for help at the position. • Emmanuel Clase perfect in earning 21st save
Emmanuel Clase pitched a perfect ninth against the Blue Jays for his 21st save Friday.

Advice: Clase gave up single runs in his previous two appearances, but the Blue Jays didn’t threaten tonight. He had particularly good velocity in this one, averaging 100.9 mph with his cutter. That’s up 1.9 mph from his season mark. Rotoworld 19 minutes ago
    • CJ Abrams goes 3-for-4 in win
CJ Abrams had two singles, a double, a walk, two RBI, and a run scored in a win over the Marlins on Friday.

Advice: Abrams started the game with a double and notched two hits in the Nationals’ seven-run third inning. He’s trended down some since a torrid first few weeks of the season but still carries a solid .257/.308/.489 slash line with 11 home runs and 10 stolen bases on the season. Rotoworld Today, 6:11 pm

    • Michael Harris leaves game with hamstring tightness
The Braves announced that Michael Harris II was pulled from Friday’s showdown against the Rays in the first inning due to left hamstring tightness.

Advice: That’s certainly what it looked like on the field, but it’s nice to receive confirmation from the team so quickly. He’ll head for further evaluation to determine the severity of the injury. If he’s forced to miss any extended time, we could see the Braves turn to the trade market to try to bring in some outside help — as Alex Anthopoulous has been known to do. • Exits Friday's game
Harris was removed from Friday's game against the Rays due to left hamstring tightness.

Advice: Harris strained his left hamstring while running from first base to third in the bottom of the first inning. J.P. Martinez pinch ran for Harris and is in center field for the remainder of Friday's game. More information on the severity of Harris' injury should be known following Friday's contest. • Michael Harris II exits game with hamstring injury
Michael Harris II was removed from Friday’s matchup against the Rays in the first inning due to an apparent hamstring injury.

Advice: The 23-year-old outfielder led off the home half of the first inning with a double, but pulled up lame into third base on a double by Ozzie Albies and was subsequently removed from the ballgame. It appeared to be a hamstring issue, but the Braves should have an update on his status shortly. Stay tuned. Rotoworld Today, 4:39 pm

    • Jackson Holliday (elbow) lands on IL at Triple-A
Jackson Holliday was placed on the injured list at Triple-A Norfolk due to inflammation in his right elbow.

Advice: The injury isn’t believed to be serious, and Holliday isn’t expected to miss much longer than the minimum stint on the injured list. The 20-year-old top prospect has hit .270/.433/.466 with seven homers, 28 RBI, five stolen bases and a 54/54 K/BB ratio over 245 plate appearances at Triple-A Norfolk this season. • To Triple-A IL with elbow injury
Holliday was placed on the 7-day injured list at Triple-A Norfolk on Friday with right elbow inflammation, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Advice: It's not clear at this point how long the top prospect might be sidelined. While he's still drawing plenty of walks in June, Holliday has scuffled a bit overall this month, slashing .212/.422/.394. On the whole, he's hitting .252/.418/.429 with five homers in 40 games for Norfolk since being demoted. A return to the big leagues had not seemed imminent for Holliday, but certainly the injury will rule out the possibility for a while. Rotowire.com Today, 2:04 pm
