    • Breaks out with two homers
Murphy went 4-for-4 with a pair of two-run homers and three total runs scored in Wednesday's 7-0 win over the Tigers.

Advice: Murphy extended Atlanta's lead to 3-0 in the third inning with a two-run blast off Tarik Skubal before cranking a second two-run homer in the fifth off Mason Englert. It's the first multi-hit game of the year for Murphy, who was batting just .135 with a lone homer through his first 15 games this season. Perhaps Wednesday's outburst is a sign of things to come for the 29-year-old backstop -- Murphy posted an .843 OPS with 21 homers across 438 plate appearances last year. • Swipes eighth bag
Varsho went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Tuesday's loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Getting the start in center field and hitting cleanup, Varsho pilfered his third bag in the last 10 games and his eighth of the season in nine attempts. The 27-year-old sports a lopsided .216/.296/.446 slash line on the season with 11 homers, 35 RBI and 40 runs in 69 contests, but his .742 OPS still provides a significant improvement on the Blue Jays' other option in center field, Kevin Kiermaier (.545 OPS). • Ends power drought
Yelich went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Angels.

Advice: Yelich opened the scoring with a first-inning homer, his first long ball since May 29. Power has been the only missing element for the veteran outfielder in June -- he's batting .322 (19-for-59) this month, but with just two extra-base hits and five RBI over 16 contests. For the year, Yelich is slashing .324/.400/.506 with seven homers, 32 RBI, 25 runs scored and 14 stolen bases over 200 plate appearances in what's shaping up to be his best campaign since 2019. • Tallies third homer
Hayes went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Tuesday against the Reds.

Advice: Hayes tallied the Pirates' only run with a solo home run in the seventh inning -- his third of the season. The performance also extended his hitting streak to a modest five games, though he has no multi-hit performances in that span to go along with only two RBI and two runs scored. Hayes has a disappointing .084 ISO across 215 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:59 pm
    • Ke’Bryan Hayes homers in loss
Ke’Bryan Hayes went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Reds.

Advice: Hayes was the only one to get to Nick Lodolo on the day, hitting a 382-foot shot for his third home run on the season. The 27-year-old has not had the breakout season many were hoping for, but he is hitting .250 with two home runs and four steals in 14 games in June, so he has been putting together decent fantasy value. He makes a lot of contact and is likely headed to his third straight double-digit stolen base season, but the power may never develop with any consistency. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:09 pm
    • Abrams pushes hitting streak to 11 games in loss
CJ Abrams went 2-for-4 in the Nationals’ loss to the Diamondbacks on Tuesday.

Advice: Abrams was responsible for two of the Nationals’ four hits on the night, with both coming off starter Slade Cecconi, who was dialed in all evening. Abrams has now hit safely in 11 straight games and is slashing .298/.377/.574 in the month of June. Rotoworld Tuesday, 6:17 pm

    • Idle Tuesday
Murphy is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Tigers.

Advice: Murphy has struggled after missing the first two months of the season with an oblique injury, owning a .408 OPS and a 28.6 percent strikeout rate across 56 plate appearances with Atlanta. As Murphy works through the slow start, Atlanta will turn to Travis d'Arnaud behind the plate Tuesday for the fourth time in nine games. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 1:19 pm
    • Taking seat Tuesday
Springer is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Springer has a .578 OPS through 273 plate appearances this season and will sit after going 4-for-26 while starting the previous eight contests. Addison Barger will take over in right field and bat sixth Tuesday. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 12:54 pm
    • Guardians activate José Ramírez off paternity list
Guardians activated INF José Ramírez off the paternity list.

Advice: Ramírez missed the final two games of the Blue Jays series while his wife gave birth to their second child. The 31-year-old has been outstanding in 2024 with 18 homers and 11 stolen bases. Kyle Manzardo was optioned to create room on the roster. Rotoworld Tuesday, 11:13 am
