    • Lourdes Gurriel Jr. goes 0-for-4 in loss to Reds
Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts against the Reds on Tuesday.

Advice: Gurriel got off to a really fast start and still posted decent run and RBI numbers for a while after that concluded, but he’s been a mess lately; he’s batting just .160 with no homers and three RBI in his last 19 games. On the plus side, his strikeout rate is fine and Statcast thinks he’s been fairly unlucky to date. He figures to retain some mixed-league value going forward. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:52 pm
    • Five-game hitting streak
Alvarez went 2-for-3 with a walk Monday against the Athletics.

Advice: Alvarez extended his hitting streak to five games with the performance, which was his fourth multi-hit performance in that span. He's also scored four runs and driven in another two during the sample. The strong stretch has also brought his batting average up to .264 across 180 plate appearances on the season, and that mark should continue to rise as the campaign progresses. • Belts 10th home run
Judge went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in Sunday's win over Tampa Bay.

Advice: Judge ripped a two-run shot in the fifth inning for his 10th long ball of the year. Through his first 24 games this season, he registered a .663 OPS with three home runs and 31 punchouts. Over his last 18 appearances, Judge is back to his usual self with a 1.146 OPS, seven homers and a 14:16 BB:K. The recent hot streak has brought his slash line to .235/.369/.497 through 187 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Monday, 5:47 am

    • Aaron Judge homers in win over Rays
Aaron Judge went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in a 10-6 win over the Rays on Sunday.

Advice: Judge’s homer was a 374-foot shot that left the bat at 106.7 mph. In fact, Judge had three of the five hardest-hit balls of the day, including a 109.9 mph single in the first inning and a 106.7 mph flyout in the eighth inning that had a .770 xBA and would have been a home run in 10 MLB stadiums. The Yankees slugger is not off to a great start to the season, but he went 7-for-21 this week with three home runs and seven RBI, so perhaps he’s starting to feel like himself a bit. • Getting Sunday off
Young is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Young will take a seat for the series finale after he went 2-for-17 with five walks, one double, one stolen base, three runs and one RBI while starting in each of Washington's last five games. Victor Robles will replace Young in center field while CJ Abrams takes over as Washington's leadoff hitter. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:21 am

    • Two hits, RBI in loss
Gurriel went 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI in Saturday's 5-4 extra-innings loss to the Orioles.

Advice: Gurriel singled in the Diamondbacks' final run in the fifth inning. An earlier double extended a hit streak to four games, during which he's gone 6-for-18. The modest hit streak is a welcome sign for Gurriel, who endured a 2-for-37 slump over the nine previous games. Rotowire.com Sunday, 5:54 am
    • Four hits, homer in win
Bellinger went 4-for-5 with two doubles, a solo home run and an additional run scored in Friday's 7-2 victory over the Pirates.

Advice: Bellinger opened the scoring in the first inning, launching a solo shot off an 0-2 pitch from Jared Jones to give the Cubs an early lead. The 28-year-old Bellinger is now 7-for-13 with a pair of home runs in three games since returning from the IL. Overall, he's slashing .268/.345/.536 with seven homers, 19 RBI and 13 runs scored through 25 games this season. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:39 pm

    • Cody Bellinger goes 4-for-5, homers in Cubs’ win
Cody Bellinger finished 4-for-5 with a homer and two doubles Friday in the Cubs’ 7-2 takedown of the Pirates.

Advice: A great night, but somehow, he drove in only himself despite his other three hits all coming with men on base. His first double produced a run, but it actually scored on a Yasmani Grandal error when Nico Hoerner should have been out at home plate. Mike Tauchman stopped at third base on Bellinger’s other double. Bellinger is hitting .268/.345/.536 in 110 plate appearances. Rotoworld Friday, 7:47 pm

    • Slugs another homer
Judge went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to Houston on Thursday.

Advice: Judge's eighth-inning solo shot was a massive one, as it traveled an estimated 473 feet. The slugger has turned on his power of late, swatting three homers and driving in six runs over his past four contests. He's now tied with Juan Soto for the team lead with nine home runs and ranks second with 25 RBI on the campaign. Rotowire.com Thursday, 11:33 pm
