      Advice: After Tuesday's 10-2 win, manager Dave Roberts said that no pitcher is "en route" from the minors to fill the hole in the rotation Wednesday, so the team will turn to a number of relievers to cover the innings.       Finnegan recorded his 13th save of the season in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the White Sox, giving up two hits and striking out one in a scoreless ninth inning.

      Advice: The knocks were the first off the right-hander since April 12, snapping a stretch of 11 straight hitless appearances, but he was able to escape the jam and preserve a 6-3 win by fanning Nicky Lopez.       Kyle Finnegan tossed a scoreless ninth inning on Tuesday against the White Sox to collect his 13th save of the season.

      Advice: Finnegan’s streak of 11 consecutive hitless innings came to a close when he gave up a one-out single to Andrew Benintendi. Yet, he managed to scatter a pair of hits in the frame, thanks to a couple ground outs and a strikeout of Nicky Lopez to end the contest, preserving a three-run lead in the opening contest of Tuesday’s doubleheader. He’s converted 13 of 14 save chances this season to go along with a 1.56 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 17/8 K/BB ratio across 17 1/3 innings (18 appearances).       Foley pitched a clean ninth inning with two strikeouts to record the save in Monday's 6-5 win over the Marlins.

      Advice: Foley has emerged in a crowded bullpen as the preferred closing option, and he's looked good so far, converting 10 out of 11 save chances and posting a solid 2.20 ERA. The righty came into the season with just seven career saves at the MLB level, and it's no guarantee he holds onto the job all year with other capable candidates on the roster.       Jason Foley tossed a perfect ninth inning on Monday against the Marlins to collect his 10th save of the season.

      Advice: Foley got the call to protect a one-run margin in the final frame and required just 15 pitches (nine strikes) to end it. He struck out Tristan Gray and Jazz Chisholm Jr. to kick things off before getting Bryan De La Cruz to ground out to end the contest.       Darvish (3-1) earned the win over the Dodgers on Sunday after firing seven shutout innings and allowing just two hits and a walk. He struck out seven.

      Advice: Darvish extended his scoreless innings streak to 17 innings in another dominant outing since returning from the injured list April 30. He retired the first 14 hitters he faced in order until walking Andy Pages with two outs in the fifth. Darvish generated an excellent 19 whiffs and tied his season high with seven strikeouts.       Yu Darvish was magnificent in Sunday afternoon’s victory over the Dodgers, piling up seven strikeouts across seven innings of shutout baseball.

      Advice: The 37-year-old right-hander allowed just two hits and one walk on the day. He retired the first 14 hitters that he faced in order until he walked Andy Pages with two outs in the fifth inning. He then allowed a single to Enrique Hernandez, but got Miguel Rojas to line out to end the threat. Darvish generated 19 swings and misses on 101 pitches in the ballgame — one or more on eight different offerings — while posting an elite CSW of 36 percent. He has yet to allow a run over 17 innings since returning from the injured list and now boasts a 2.43 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and a 37/12 K/BB ratio over 40 2/3 innings on the year.
