    • Shohei Ohtani hits 27th homer in win over D-backs
      Shohei Ohtani clobbered his 27th home run of the season on Tuesday night as the Dodgers rallied to defeat the Diamondbacks.

      Advice: Ohtani, who told reporters afterwards that he’s unlikely to participate in the upcoming All-Star Home Run Derby, led off the home half of the first inning with a double and scored the game’s first run on an RBI double off the bat of Teoscar Hernandez. He then flipped the game in the Dodgers’ favor with a mammoth 433-foot (112.0 mph exit velocity) two-run shot off of Justin Martinez in the seventh inning that made it a 4-3 ballgame. He's been outstanding all year and seems to be getting better with his recent performance.       Advice: Nimmo didn’t start the game after nursing a head injury when he fell in his hotel room on Sunday night and cut his head. However, he certainly seems to be healthy, knocking in a run on a single in the eighth to tie the game and then giving the Mets a two-run cushion in the 10th inning with an RBI double. Over the last six weeks, Nimmo is hitting .283/.377/.496 with six home runs, 27 runs scored, 21 RBI, and three steals in 33 games. He remains underrated in fantasy baseball.       Advice: The 28-year-old utility player wasn't even supposed to be in the starting lineup, but a late scratch for Isiah Kiner-Falefa (knee) inserted Clement at third base, and he wound up taking Josh Hader deep in the ninth inning to spoil a combined shutout bid for Houston. The long ball was his fourth of the season, setting a new career high, and he's slashing .333/.347/.563 in 49 plate appearances since the beginning of June.
