• Exits with calf injury
Neto was removed from Saturday's game against the Dodgers with left calf tightness.

Advice: Neto slid to field a ball at shortstop and fell back to the ground in pain after attempting to get up and throw the ball. Encouragingly, Neto was able to walk off the field unassisted and it's expected he'll be evaluated during Sunday's team day off. Luis Guillorme will slide to shortstop while Michael Stefanic enters at second base. Rotowire.com 9 minutes ago

  • Zach Neto diagnosed with left calf tightness
The Angels announced that Zach Neto was removed from Saturday’s contest due to tightness in his left calf.

Advice: The 23-year-old shortstop suffered the injury while making a sliding stop on a ground ball in the fourth inning on Saturday night. The severity of the injury — as well as how much time (if any) Neto may miss — remains unclear. Fantasy mangers who are counting on Neto for next week should be sure to have an alternative option at the ready in case Neto lands on the injured list. Rotoworld 12 minutes ago

  • Zach Neto leaves game with apparent leg injury
Zach Neto was pulled from Saturday night’s ballgame against the Dodgers due to an apparent leg injury.

Advice: Neto made a sliding stop deep in the hole in the fourth inning, but when he got up to throw it looked as though his leg gave out on him. The 23-year-old shortstop also fouled a ball off of his leg earlier in the contest. He’ll head for further evaluation to see exactly what’s going on there. Stay tuned as the Angels should have an update on his status shortly. Rotoworld 17 minutes ago

  • Two solo shots in loss
Kiner-Falefa went 2-for-3 with two solo home runs and a hit-by-pitch in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Kiner-Falefa had not posted an extra-base hit over his previous 10 games, though he hit .281 (9-for-32) in that span. The 29-year-old also snapped a homer drought dating back to May 26. For the season, he's up to six homers in 75 contests, matching his total form 115 games a year ago. He's added a .281/.325/.408 slash line with 31 RBI, 22 runs scored and three stolen bases. He had exclusively hit in the bottom third of the order, but he was batting leadoff for Saturday's contest -- a move up the order would likely lead to better overall production if he can stay there. • Brice Turang slugs grand slam in loss to Padres
Brice Turang singled twice, drew a walk and belted a grand slam on Saturday night as the Brewers were thwarted by the Padres in San Diego.

Advice: Turang led off the game with a walk but was gunned down by Kyle Higashioka while attempting to steal second base. He then singled to center in the third inning and was once again cut down trying to nab second base. Turang had been caught stealing just twice all season entering play on Saturday. He then prevented a shut out with a two-out grand slam off of Jhony Brito in the ninth inning that pulled the Brewers to within two runs at 6-4. With his three-hit effort, the 24-year-old infielder is now hitting .296/.360/.416 with five homers, 31 RBI and 26 stolen bases in 30 attempts on the season. Rotoworld Today, 6:59 pm

  • Showing improvement
Berti (calf) is improving and could begin a minor-league rehab assignment in a few weeks, per MLB.com.

In the sixth frame, he singled, stole second and came around to score on a single by Lenyn Sosa. Lopez entered the contest just 10-for-50 in June, but it was his fourth multi-hit game of the month.
