    Advice: Walker hit the second of a back-to-back home runs in the ninth inning -- he followed Joc Pederson's three-run blast -- but they weren't enough to erase Arizona's five-run deficit. The home run was Walker's team-leading 11th to go along with a team-high 34 RBI. He’s still very likely Minnesota’s long-term second baseman, but he’s not currently getting the job done while hitting .205/.305/.367. Willi Castro could slide to second in his place.     Iglesias allowed a run in the ninth inning while picking up a save against Oakland on Friday.

    Advice: Iglesias notched his 14th save of the year with a fascinating outing. He gave up a leadoff double to Zack Gelof before recording three outs on three consecutive pitches. Gelof would come in to score after two straight groundouts but Atlanta secured the 4-2 win. Iglesias has converted six straight save chances and owns a 2.53 ERA through 21.1 innings.     Raisel Iglesias picked up his 14th save despite giving up a run in the ninth Friday against the A’s.

    O'Neill (knee) said Friday that he expects to be activated from the 10-day injured list when first eligible Wednesday, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

    Advice: O'Neill was given a cortisone injection to combat inflammation in his right knee and said the shot has helped a lot. It would appear he's likely to skip a rehab assignment and return when his 10 days are up.
