    • Joe Ryan strikes out nine in win over Royals
Joe Ryan recorded nine strikeouts and allowed one run over seven innings on Monday in a win over the Royals.

Advice: Ryan authored yet another stellar performance on Monday afternoon at Target Field, carrying a shutout into the sixth inning before Kansas City finally broke through courtesy of a two-out RBI single from Vinnie Pasquantino. It was his highest single-start strikeout total since a 12-punchout performance back on April 13 against the Tigers as he induced 15 swinging strikes, including 11 on his fastball, and finished with a robust 33 percent CSW. He’s rapidly cementing his status as an upper-echelon fantasy contributor, having allowed three earned runs or fewer in 10 of his 11 starts at the outset of the season. He’ll bring a strong 2.96 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 73/9 K/BB ratio across 67 innings (11 starts) into a challenging road tilt on Saturday against the Astros. Rotoworld Monday, 1:38 pm

    • Goes seven innings for win
Lively (4-2) allowed two runs on four hits and two walks over seven innings Sunday, striking out five and earning a win over the Angels.

Advice: Lively looked terrific with the exception of Matt Thaiss' two-run shot in the fifth inning. It was Lively's first quality start since May 4 but he's now won three straight starts. He's allowed three or fewer runs in each of his eight starts this year, resulting in an impressive 2.80 ERA through 45 innings. Lively's next start is expected to be at home against the Nationals, where he'll look to extend his winning streak to four. Rotowire.com Monday, 5:00 am

    • Ben Lively delivers against Angels
Ben Lively allowed two runs on four hits in seven innings in a win over the Angels on Sunday.

Advice: The right-hander struck out five and walked two on the day. There’s nothing exceptional about Lively’s arsenal as he had just seven whiffs on the day for a 16 percent whiff rate and 23 percent CSW. However, he has six pitches that he can go to and he showcases above-average command which allows him to produce in the right matchup and post a 2.80 ERA over eight starts. Aside from a poor start against the Rangers and one average start against the White Sox, Lively has been solid. He’s not a long-term hold, but he can certainly be streamed next week against the Nationals. Rotoworld Sunday, 4:45 pm

    • Tosses seven no-hit innings
Bradish (1-0) earned the win over the White Sox on Sunday, pitching seven no-hit and scoreless innings. He walked four and struck out 11.

Advice: The start of the game was delayed due to rain, but that didn't throw Bradish out of his rhythm. He threw 63 of 103 pitches for strikes while generating 13 whiffs. While the four walks were a season high for the right-hander, it's nothing to be concerned about given his overall dominance in the contest. He's now at a 1.75 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 34:11 K:BB through 25.2 innings across five starts this season. Bradish is projected to make his next start at home versus the Rays. • Bradish overpowers White Sox in win on Sunday
Kyle Bradish threw seven shutout innings in a win over the White Sox on Sunday, walking four and striking out 11.

Advice: Bradish’s fastball velocity was down a bit, but he was still sitting 94.8 mph and induced 13 whiffs for a 31 percent whiff rate and 33 percent CSW. While he was also facing the White Sox, Bradish has looked every bit the pitcher we saw last year and now has a 1.75 ERA. He also has an elbow injury that has not been surgically repaired, so there will continue to be an aura of risk that surrounds him. Unless you’d prefer to trade him to avoid the headache, your only real chance is to keep starting him while he’s throwing this well and just hope he stays healthy. He should have another good start against the Rays next weekend. Rotoworld Sunday, 3:42 pm

    • Sharp in Saturday's quality start
Fedde came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 5-3 loss to Baltimore, allowing three hits and three walks over 6.1 innings. He struck out six.

Advice: The right-hander baffled the O's over 103 pitches (64 strikes) and left the mound with the White Sox ahead 3-0, only to see Jordan Leasure and Michael Kopech serve up three homers between them in the eighth inning. Fedde has delivered three scoreless outings in his last four starts, giving him five quality starts on the season, and he sports a stunning 2.80 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 58:18 K:BB through 64.1 innings -- a far cry from the 5.41 ERA and 1.52 WHIP he compiled in 454.1 innings for the Nationals prior to spending 2023 in the KBO. He'll look to keep rolling in his next start, which lines up to come on the road next weekend in Milwaukee. Rotowire.com Sunday, 4:47 am

    • Twirls gem against Dodgers
Greene (3-2) earned the win over the Dodgers on Saturday, allowing one run on five hits and one walk over six innings. He struck out five.

Advice: Greene routinely touched 99 mph with his fastball and finished with a whopping 23 swings and misses on 107 total pitches. His performance helped secure a surprising series win for the Reds, their first in over a month. While things have been going poorly for the team as a whole, Greene seems to be turning a corner and blossoming into a legitimate frontline starter, having posted a 1.95 ERA and 1.03 WHIP over his last six starts, with only two homers allowed over 37 innings in that span. The right-hander lines up to face the Cubs in Chicago next weekend. Rotowire.com Sunday, 1:17 am

    • Hunter Greene fans five in victory over Dodgers
Hunter Greene was terrific in Saturday’s victory over the Dodgers, striking out five batters over six innings of one-run baseball.

Advice: The flame-throwing right-hander scattered five hits and one walk on the night. The lone tally against him scored as Jason Heyward bounced into a double play in the second inning. Greene generated an eye-popping 23 swings and misses on 107 pitches on the night — 11 on his fastball, eight on his slider and four on his splitter — while registering a CSW of 29 percent. Now 3-2 on the season, the 24-year-old hurler will carry a 3.06 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and a 71/25 K/BB ratio (64 2/3 innings) into Friday’s matchup against the Cubs in Chicago. • Lasts just 4.2 innings
Lopez (2-2) took the loss Saturday in Pittsburgh, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and one walk over just 4.2 innings. He struck out three.

Advice: Saturday marked the right-hander's shortest outing of the season and also his fewest number of pitches thrown (70) in a start this year. Lopez labored a bit in the third and fourth frames, and Atlanta manager Brian Snitker elected to pull his starter after he yielded a two-out single in the fifth. The righty hasn't won a game since April 16 even as he still holds a 2.43 ERA since that date. Rotowire.com Saturday, 5:57 pm
