    • Takes another loss
Pressly (0-3) allowed an earned run on one hit and one walk across one inning to take the loss Sunday against the Twins.

Advice: Pressly allowed a leadoff walk, which ultimately became the game-winning run for the Twins. He took his second loss in his last three appearances, and Pressly has allowed three earned runs in that span. Though he has had stretches of effectiveness this season, he now owns a 5.06 ERA and 1.59 WHIP across 21.1 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:18 pm

    • Productive weekend series
Diaz went 1-for-4 with a double and an RBI on Sunday against the Orioles.

Advice: Diaz had a strong weekend series thanks to some timely hits. Across the three games, he went just 3-for-11 but drove in four runs and also worked two free passes. Diaz has gone just 7-for-44 across his last 13 starts, though he's striking out at only a 10.6 percent clip in that span, meaning his numbers should start to tick back up. • Provides lone run
Gelof went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Sunday's 3-1 loss to Atlanta.

Advice: Gelof put up the A's only tally Sunday, swatting a game-tying homer off Dylan Lee in the seventh inning. The long ball was Gelof's fourth of the season, and his first since April 22. The second baseman finishes the three-game series with Atlanta 3-for-11 (.273) with three extra-base hits, two RBI and three runs. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:40 pm

    • Fans seven in win
Peralta (4-3) allowed three runs on four hits and a walk over five innings Sunday, striking out seven and earning a win over the White Sox.

Advice: Peralta coughed up two runs in the first inning before Paul DeJong knocked a solo shot in the fourth. It was Peralta's first win since April 30 after he went 0-3 with a 4.08 ERA in five May starts. He racked up 21 swinging strikes, matching the season high that he set in his last appearance. He's registered an impressive 39:6 K:BB over his last five starts, improving his season mark to 89:21. Peralta will carry a 3.74 ERA into his next matchup, which is projected to be in Detroit. • Fernando Tatis Jr. drives in one in loss
Fernando Tatis Jr. went 1-for-3 with a walk and an RBI in a loss to the Royals on Sunday.

Advice: Tatis Jr. gave the Padres a 2-1 lead in the eighth inning with a run-scoring single that should have been enough to close this one out. It was his 31st RBI of the season and while the 25-year-old hasn’t truly exploded at any point this year, he could easily finish the season with 30 home runs and 20 steals, which is impressive work. If he can keep his batting average around .270, he should still put up fringe first-round value even though he hasn’t stood out as an elite fantasy player at any stretch this season. • Freddy Peralta inconsistent in win over White Sox
Freddy Peralta allowed three runs on four hits in five innings in a win over the White Sox on Sunday.

Advice: Peralta was far more good than bad, striking out seven and walking one while allowing an 88.3 mph average exit velocity. He induced 21 whiffs on 56 swings for a 38 percent whiff rate and 32 percent CSW. However, he allowed three hits and a walk in the first inning and then a home run later to Paul DeJong to put a damper on his day. The right-hander now sports a 3.74 ERA but remains a must-start in fantasy baseball, especially next week against the Tigers. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:52 pm
    • Third straight quality start
Brown did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on five hits and one walk over six innings against the Twins. He struck out seven.

Advice: Brown allowed two solo homers, one to lead off the game by Trevor Larnach and a blast in the sixth by Jose Miranda. Those two dingers sandwiched a second inning run-scoring double by Alex Kirilloff to represent the three tallies against Brown. The sixth-inning homer eliminated Brown's chance to pick up his second win, though he did collect his third straight quality start. While Brown's season ERA remains poor at 6.18, he's been much better over his last five starts, accumulating a 3.53 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 31 strikeouts over 28 innings. His next start is tentatively slated for next weekend when the Astros travel to Anaheim to take on the Angels in a three-game set. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:37 pm

    • Zack Gelof homers in loss
Zack Gelof went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a loss to the Braves on Sunday.

Advice: It’s been a season to forget so far for Gelof as injuries and poor play have dulled the shine of his tremendous rookie season. The home run was his fourth in 42 games and he has five stolen bases too, but an ugly 33.9 K% entering play on Sunday has held him back so far. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:25 pm

    • Hunter Brown fans seven in no-decision
Hunter Brown wasn’t involved in the decision Sunday after allowing three runs in six innings versus the Twins.

Advice: Brown struck out seven and walked just one, so that’s good. Unfortunately, he gave up two homers, bringing his season total to 11 surrendered in 55 1/3 innings. He’s still looking much better than he did a month ago, and he’s a decent play in mixed leagues with the Angels next on the schedule. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:21 pm
