Vientos went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in Tuesday's 9-7 win over the Yankees.

Advice: The 24-year-old third baseman wasn't intimidated by the atmosphere in the Subway Series, or by the prospect of facing Gerrit Cole -- Vientos took the future Hall of Famer deep in the second and fourth innings to help the Mets build an early 6-0 lead. He's homered four times in the last five games, and through 19 games in June, Vientos has compiled a .275/.329/.565 slash line with six long balls, 12 RBI and 14 runs. • Mark Vientos has two home runs in win
Mark Vientos went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in a 9-7 win over the Yankees on Tuesday.

Advice: Vientos’ power is legit and he now has nine home runs on the year and six in 19 games in June. Vientos is also hitting 19-for-69 (.275) in June while taking over the Mets’ starting third base role. With the Mets offense surging and Vientos showing a better approach to go along with his plus power, he should be added in all formats where he may still be available. • David Fry in Tuesday’s lineup at DH vs. Orioles
David Fry (elbow) is in the lineup for Tuesday’s game against the Orioles.

Advice: Fry is back in Cleveland’s lineup for the second straight contest after making an early exit from Sunday’s game agains the Blue Jays due to right elbow inflammation. It obviously doesn’t seem like a massive concern going forward. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:11 pm

    • Drawing start at DH on Monday
Fry (elbow) will start at designated hitter and bat fifth in Monday's game against the Orioles.

Advice: Fry's status heading into the series opener in Baltimore was somewhat murky after he was forced out of Sunday's 6-5 win over Toronto with right elbow inflammation, but the 29-year-old is apparently feeling well enough to stick in the lineup Monday in a non-defensive role. Once the elbow issue fully subsides, expect Fry to mix in behind the plate and in the corner outfield along with at DH as the Guardians make a concerted effort to keep his productive bat in the lineup. • Lifts seventh homer
Vientos went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Cubs.

Advice: Vientos has two homers over his last four contests after going deep in the eighth inning Sunday. The third baseman is up to seven long balls, 18 RBI, 19 runs scored, six doubles and no stolen bases while slashing .289/.344/.526 over 125 plate appearances. Vientos has been operating in a starting role at the hot corner since Brett Baty was demoted to Triple-A Syracuse at the end of May. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:25 pm

    • Mark Vientos launches solo homer as Mets roll
Mark Vientos smashed his seventh home run of the season on Sunday night as the Mets took care of business against the Cubs at Wrigley Field.

Advice: The 24-year-old third baseman demolished a 451-foot (109.3 mph EV) solo shot off of Tyson Miller in the eighth inning that extended the Mets’ lead to 5-2. That would be his lone hit in four at-bats on the night. For the season, he’s hitting a healthy .289/.344/.526 with seven homers and 18 RBI. Rotoworld Sunday, 7:22 pm

    • David Fry (elbow) considered day-to-day
David Fry is considered day-to-day after exiting Sunday’s game against the Blue Jays with inflammation in his right elbow.

Advice: It sounds like it’s just a minor issue and the 28-year-old slugger won’t require a trip to the injured list. While his pace has cooled over the last few weeks, Fry has still been a force in the middle of the Guardians’ lineup this season — slashing .312/.429/.526 with eight homers, 31 RBI and four stolen bases in only 189 plate appearances. • Battling elbow inflammation
Fry was removed from Sunday's game against Toronto due to right elbow inflammation, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Fry delivered an RBI single during the first inning of Sunday's contest before being replaced behind the plate by Bo Naylor in the third. The Guardians are currently viewing Fry as day-to-day, though he will likely undergo further testing to determine the extent of his injury. Rotowire.com Sunday, 12:16 pm

    • David Fry leaves game with elbow inflammation
David Fry was removed from Sunday’s game against the Blue Jays due to right elbow inflammation.

Advice: The positive news here is that Fry’s early exit isn’t related to a possible head injury or concussion. The bad news is that he’s probably going to be sent for some further evaluation and imaging to determine the extent of the issue. The 28-year-old backstop has been an unexpected revelation this season for fantasy managers, so the hope here is that his exit was merely for precautionary reasons. He’s presumably day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Sunday, 12:09 pm
