    Wong went 2-for-5 with a stolen base in Wednesday's 7-2 win over the Marlins.

    Advice: The backstop continued his breakout campaign, hitting safely in his 17th straight game while swiping his fourth bag of the year. Wong is slashing .333/.405/.470 during his hit streak, the longest by a Boston catcher since Victor Martinez put together a 25-game streak in 2009. The only other catcher in Red Sox history with a hitting streak of 17 games or longer is Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk, who reached that number twice between the 1975 and 1976 seasons.     Scott surrendered four runs on six hits and two walks while striking out two batters over 5.2 innings in a no-decision versus Washington on Wednesday.

    Advice: Scott was called up from Triple-A on Wednesday to log his first big-league start since May 30, but he didn't make much of an impression. The rookie right-hander tied a season-worst mark by allowing four runs, and he struck out a season-low two batters. It was an especially disappointing outcome for Scott after he retired 12 of the first 14 batters he faced -- six of the eight baserunners he allowed came over his final 1.2 frames, and he departed after giving up a three-run homer to Luis Garcia with two outs in the sixth. Despite the overall poor result, there's a good chance Scott will get at least another turn through the rotation with New York not having an off day until the All-Star break and with Tylor Megill recently demoted to the minors. The infielder has added a .227/.335/.383 slash line with 10 home runs, 38 RBI, 46 runs scored, 10 doubles and three triples through 88 contests. One of Kim, Luis Arraez, Jake Cronenworth or Donovan Solano is likely to lose hold of an everyday role once Xander Bogaerts (shoulder) returns, which could be in about a week if he can get through a rehab assignment without setbacks.   • Christian Walker homers twice in win over Dodgers
    Christian Walker went 4-for-5 with two home runs, three runs scored, and four RBI in a 12-4 win over the Dodgers on Wednesday.

    Advice: After drawing a walk in the first inning, Walker knocked a base hit in the third for his second hit. He followed with a solo homer in the fourth, his second in as many days against the Dodgers. Walker added a double in the sixth and scored on a home run by Lourdes Gurriel Jr. before blasting his second homer of the game with a three-run shot in the ninth.     Greene went 3-for-4 with a triple, a two-run home run and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 9-2 win over the Twins.

    Advice: Greene was an offensive force as he recorded his 16th home run of the season and pushed his OPS up to .851. The 23-year-old had already surpassed his previous career best of 11 home runs in a season, and he's now up to a career-high 43 RBI this year as well after Wednesday's effort. Greene could be closing in on his first All-Star appearance, but at the very least he's been a strong fantasy asset who continues to trend upward given his promising skill set.   • Riley Greene has three hits, homer in lopsided win
    Riley Greene went 3-for-4 with a homer, triple and two RBI on Wednesday evening, helping to lead the Tigers to victory over the Twins.

    Advice: Greene smacked a two-out triple in the first inning, but the Tigers were unable to cash him in. He then reached on an infield single to load the bases with two outs in the third inning, then rode home on Carson Kelly’s grand slam. He also clubbed a 427-foot (111.8 mph EV) two-run blast off of David Festa in the fifth inning that extended the Tigers’ lead to 7-1.
