    • Sets tone in Thursday's win
Duran went 4-for-5 with a solo home run, an additional RBI, one walk and two total runs scored in Thursday's 14-2 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Duran has multiple hits in four of his last five games, and he's gone yard in back-to-back contests. His homer Thursday came on Jake Woodford's second pitch of the game in the first inning, setting the tone for the Red Sox in their blowout win. Duran is up to five homers on the year, and he's added 27 RBI, 38 runs scored, 11 stolen bases and a .271/.336/.465 slash line over 286 plate appearances. While he continues to split time between left field and center field, there's no questioning Duran's place in the lineup this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:02 pm

    • Jarren Duran posts four hits, homers vs. White Sox
Jarren Duran went 4-for-5 with a leadoff homer and two RBI on Thursday, leading the Red Sox to a 14-2 blowout victory over the White Sox.

Advice: Duran spearheaded Boston’s 24-hit barrage on Thursday evening at Guaranteed Rate Field with a tone-setting leadoff homer against White Sox starter Jake Woodford. He also added a sixth-inning sacrifice fly and matched a season-high with four hits. It was the first time he’s accomplished the feat since back on April 3. The 27-year-old top-of-the-order table-setter has five homers and 11 steals on the season through 63 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:54 pm

    • Triple, home run in win
Duran went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, a triple and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 9-0 win over Atlanta.

Advice: Duran legged out his league-leading ninth triple in the fifth inning before putting the final touch on Boston's convincing victory with a solo homer off Jimmy Herget in the eighth, extending the lead to 9-0. Duran now has three multi-hit efforts in his last four contests after going just 2-for-28 in his previous seven games. Overall, the 27-year-old outfielder is slashing .261/.326/.447 with four homers, 36 runs scored, 25 RBI and 11 stolen bases across 62 games this year. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 2:27 pm

    • Jarren Duran homers, triples against Braves
Jarred Duran collected his ninth triple and fourth homer Wednesday against the Braves.

Advice: Duran hasn’t been quite as good as hoped for fantasy purposes, especially after the Red Sox decided to rein him in on the basepaths, but there still could be more in store here. He’s at .261/.326/.447 to date, and he’s up to 11th in the AL with 36 runs scored. Rotoworld Wednesday, 1:25 pm

    • Late addition to lineup
Meyers has been added to the lineup and will start in center field and bat cleanup Wednesday against the Cardinals.

Advice: Meyers had been scheduled to receive the day off, but with Alex Bregman (hand) scratched from the lineup, the Astros had an opening. With Meyers filling his usual spot in center field, Mauricio Dubon will shift from center to cover third base for Bregman. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 10:06 am

    • Getting breather
Meyers is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Cardinals, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Advice: Meyers looks to be receiving a routine maintenance day after producing two hits and two RBI in the first two games of the series. Houston will go with Mauricio Dubon in center field Wednesday as it attempts to complete the sweep of St. Louis. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:17 am

    • Swipes fifth bag
Reynolds went 2-for-4 with a stolen base Tuesday against the Dodgers.

Advice: Reynolds has enjoyed a productive stretch across his last 12 starts, collecting 14 hits across 52 at-bats. He's also tallied three home runs, 12 RBI and a stolen base in that span. Reynolds has hit second in every game this season and should remain a steady contributor across all five categories. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 11:29 pm

    • Abreu (ankle) hopeful for minimum stint on IL
Wilyer Abreu (ankle) told reporters Tuesday that he’s hopeful he can return from the injured list after the minimum 10 days passes.

Advice: Abreu was placed on the 10-day injured list with his ankle sprain prior to Tuesday’s game. The outfielder told reporters that an MRI revealed a good deal of inflammation, but no structural damage. The Red Sox will obviously take the necessary precautions, but there’s a chance Abreu is back as the starting right fielder for the Red Sox in the middle of June. Rotoworld Tuesday, 12:52 pm

    • Sent to 10-day IL
The Red Sox placed Abreu on the 10-day injured list Tuesday with a right ankle sprain, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

Advice: Per Alex Speier of The Boston Globe, Abreu is hoping to return in the minimum 10 days after he sprained his ankle in the Red Sox's dugout during Sunday's game against the Tigers. Bobby Dalbec drew the start in Abreu's usual spot in right field Tuesday, but one of Rob Refsnyder and Tyler O'Neill (knee) should serve as the primary option at the position once O'Neill returns from the IL later this week.
