      Advice: It took the Guardians' offense until the eighth inning to get on the board, but they took full control after that. Gaddis took three straight blown saves to close out April, but he's rebounded with 5.2 scoreless innings to begin May. The right-hander has added eight holds, a 2.18 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 19:4 K:BB through 20.2 innings this season as a key part of the bridge to closer Emmanuel Clase.       Munoz earned a save against the Royals on Monday, striking out three batters in 1.1 perfect innings.

      Advice: Munoz was summoned from the bullpen in the top of the eighth inning with two outs, Seattle up by two runs and the tying run at the plate. He struck out Nelson Velazquez to end the threat, then got some stress reduction when the Mariners' offense put up two runs in the bottom of the frame. From there, Munoz closed things out without incident, fanning two of the three batters he squared off against in the ninth frame. The save was his sixth of the season and first since April 30, though no other Seattle pitcher recorded a save in the meantime. Munoz has looked great since his lone blown save of the campaign April 21, tossing 9.1 scoreless frames during which he's posted a 10:1 K:BB across eight appearances.       Andrés Muñoz struck out three while going 1 1/3 scoreless innings Monday to get a save against the Royals.

      Advice: The Mariners won this game by four runs, but because the right-hander came in with the score 4-2, he still gets credit for the save. That’s the sixth of the season for the 25-year-old, and he’s lowered his ERA to an aesthetically pleasing 1.62 in the process.       Raisel Iglesias allowed a solo homer while picking up a strikeout in a relief appearance Saturday against the Mets.

      Advice: Atlanta didn’t allow a hit over the first 8 2/3 innings, but Iglesias gave up the no-no — and the shutout — by allowing a homer to J.D. Martinez. Iglesias also gave up another hit and a walk, but he was able to escape the jam; although the escape comes without a save since he entered the game with a 4-0 lead.       Raisel Iglesias closed out the Mets for his 10th save of the season Friday despite allowing an earned run.

      Advice: Results wise, Iglesias has been great this season with a 2.35 ERA. There’s some fear of regression though with a paltry 16.1 K%, by far the lowest of his career. A.J.       Sewald earned the save in Thursday's 5-4 win over the Reds, striking out two in a perfect ninth inning.

      Advice: After allowing a home run to Tyler Stephenson in his season debut Tuesday, Sewald looked much better in his first save chance Thursday, striking out Will Benson and Stephenson to close out the one-run victory. The 33-year-old Sewald is expected to step back in as Arizona's primary closer after missing the first month of the season with an oblique injury.       Advice: Sewald has his first save of the season after missing the first month-plus of the season with an oblique strain. The right-hander looked good while picking up the save with two strikeouts, no hits allowed and 8-of-11 offerings landing for strikes.       Advice: Fresh off a six-week stay on the injured list due to an oblique injury, Sewald returned Tuesday and threw 15 pitches in his season debut in a non-save situation. He was then bypassed for a save opportunity Wednesday, as manager Torey Lovullo stuck with Kevin Ginkel, then Mantiply after Ginkel allowed a walk and two singles.
