    • Filling in for banged-up Laureano
Duvall will start in right field and bat sixth in Sunday's game against the Pirates.

Advice: Duvall will make his fourth consecutive start in right field in place of Ramon Laureano, who remains day-to-day with a back injury. Over his previous three starts, Duvall went 2-for-11 with a double and two RBI. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:26 am

    • Taking seat against southpaw
Wall is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Wall will sit for the second time in the series while the Pirates bring another southpaw (Martin Perez) to the hill. With Wall on the bench, Luke Williams will pick up a start in left field. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:21 am
    • Homers in victory Saturday
Busch went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and a walk in Saturday's 5-3 win against Milwaukee.

Advice: Busch helped Chicago get off to a fast start by belting a two-run homer in the first inning. The long ball was just his second of June, though he's hit well outside of the power department with a .310 average over 24 contests. Busch has reached base via hit or walk in 21 of 24 games this month, and two of the three times he didn't do so were contests in which he didn't start. Rotowire.com Saturday, 9:57 pm

    • Adam Duvall singles home winner in 10th vs. PIT
Adam Duvall hit a walkoff single to give Atlanta a 2-1 victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday in 10 innings.

Advice: Duvall singled home Luke Williams in the bottom of the 10th to give Atlanta a victory and Duvall his 20th RBI of 2024. The 35-year-old outfielder went hitless prior to that knock and is hitting a paltry .167/.239/.290, but Atlanta and Duvall probably aren’t thinking about that too much right now. Fantasy managers just shouldn’t consider adding him until — or if — he gets going again. Rotoworld Saturday, 4:18 pm

    • Garcia Jr. has three-hit game in win over Rays
Luis Garcia Jr. went 3-for-4 with two runs scored, a double and an RBI against the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: Garcia Jr. scored on a wild pitch in the fourth and on Harold Ramirez’s two-run triple in the seventh. He also had an RBI single. Garcia Jr. is hitting .264 with a .695 OPS and 36 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Saturday, 3:53 pm
    • Michael Busch hits two-run homer in win over MIL
Michael Busch hit a two-run homer to help the Cubs to a win over the Brewers on Saturday.

Advice: Busch gave the Cubs a two-run lead in the first inning with a blast off Tobias Myers in the first inning. The 26-year-old has homered 10 times thus far in 2024, but only two of those roundtrippers have come in the month of June. Still, it’s been a quality first full year of MLB action for Busch thus far with an .809 OPS through 237 at-bats. Rotoworld Saturday, 3:47 pm

    • Sitting again Saturday
Peralta isn't in the Padres' lineup for Saturday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Saturday marks the fifth consecutive absence for Peralta, and the second time he's sat against a right-handed starter (Tanner Houck) in that span. Bryce Johnson will start in right field for the fifth game in a row while batting ninth. He appears to have overtaken Peralta for a spot in the Padres' everyday lineup against right-handed pitching. • Homers in loss
Gurriel went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Friday's 9-4 loss to the Athletics.

Advice: Gurriel has multiple hits in seven of his last nine games, going 15-for-35 (.429) in that span. The outfielder's surge has lifted his slash line to .267/.301/.422 with 11 homers, 47 RBI, 37 runs scored and three stolen bases over 76 contests this season. Gurriel's .723 OPS is still the lowest mark of his career, but he's been trending in the right direction for most of June after entering the month with a .642 OPS. Rotowire.com Friday, 11:35 pm
    • Records fifth steal
Schuemann went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one stolen base in Friday's 9-4 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Schuemann supplied a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning and an RBI single in the eighth. The 27-year-old has gone 21 games without a multi-hit effort since his 4-for-4 performance in Atlanta on June 1. He was hitting .266 after that game, but he's at .226 now while adding a .630 OPS, three home runs, 15 RBI, 26 runs scored and five steals across 61 contests. Rotowire.com Friday, 11:07 pm
