      Tyler O’Neill went 3-for-5 with two RBI and two stolen bases in a 6-5 win over the Marlins on Thursday in 12 innings.

      Advice: O’Neill picked up both RBI in extra innings. The first was an infield single to give Boston a 3-2 lead in the 11th, and the next was a double in the 12th that extended the lead for the Red Sox to 6-4. The steals are a bit of a rarity for the outfielder, as they were just the second and third of the season for the 29-year-old. The 26-year-old infielder’s .239/.332/.416 slash leaves a bit to be desired, but he’s starting to swing the bat better and should be a solid fantasy option over the second half of the 2024 campaign. Reynolds has found his power stroke of late, with six of his 14 home runs this season coming over his last 18 games. With the Pirates already planning to limit Jones’ innings in his rookie season, this would seem to be an easy way to pause Jones’ innings count for a little bit and bring him back after the All-Star break without having the massage his innings as much.
