    • Likely to be activated this week
Gonzalez (hamstring) will travel with the Red Sox to Toronto for their upcoming three-game series with the Blue Jays and is expected to be activated from the 10-day injured list Monday or Tuesday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Advice: Gonzalez completed his rehab assignment Sunday with Triple-A Worcester with a four-hit performance, and he went 6-for-10 overall while playing three of the past four days. Once activated, Gonzalez will likely supplant Jamie Westbrook as the short-side platoon mate for the lefty-hitting Enmanuel Valdez at second base. Rotowire.com 6 minutes ago

    • Expected to be activated Tuesday
The Red Sox are expected to activate Martin (anxiety) from the 15-day injured list Tuesday, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

Advice: Martin was placed on the 15-day injured list June 5 after informing the Red Sox that he had been dealing with anxiety, but the right-hander looks to be tracking toward a quick return to the active roster. He began a rehab assignment Sunday with Triple-A Worcester, tossing a scoreless frame. That outing looks like Martin will be all he needs to get the green light to rejoin the Red Sox, as he's set to make the trip with the team to Toronto ahead of Monday's series opener versus the Blue Jays. He'll rest Monday and should be activated prior to Tuesday's game. Rotowire.com 9 minutes ago

    • Scores twice, swipes bag
Bader went 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI, two runs and a stolen base in Sunday's 11-6 win over the Padres.

Advice: Bader impacted this game in numerous ways as he scored both times he reached, he drove in a run and managed to pick up his ninth steal this season. The centerfielder has been hot of late, picking up 10 of his 26 RBI over his last 10 games. Bader snapped a streak of 18 games without a steal and will carry a .272/.319/.385 slash line into a series vs the Rangers beginning on Monday. Rotowire.com 9 minutes ago

    • On bench for nightcap
Schuemann is not in the starting lineup for Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader with Minnesota, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Schuemann will head to the bench after he went 0-for-4 with three strikeouts in Sunday's matinee 6-2 loss. Aledmys Diaz will take over at shortstop and bat eighth in the nightcap. Rotowire.com 28 minutes ago

    • Megill picks up 13th save against Reds Sunday
Trevor Megill pitched a scoreless ninth inning and picked up the save against the Reds on Sunday.

Advice: Megill’s save was his 13th of the year filling in for Devin Williams. In the ninth inning, with two men on and two outs, Megill gave up a single to Santiago Espinal on a line drive to center. However, outfielder Blake Perkins threw out Stuart Fairchild at home to end the game. It ended up being a scoreless inning for Megill, who lowered his ERA to 2.14 on the season. • Turang steals two bases in win Sunday
Brice Turang went 1-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and two stolen bases against the Reds on Sunday.

Advice: Turang now has 26 steals on the season. He’s been great for the Brewers at the top of the batting order with a .287 average and .748 OPS this year. The speed has been a game-changer for fantasy managers. Rotoworld 41 minutes ago

    • Montas allows three in no-decision Sunday
Frankie Montas allowed three runs in five innings and got a no-decision against the Brewers on Sunday.

Advice: Montas gave up four hits, walked three and struck out five. He’s won only one of his last 11 starts and has only three quality starts in 13 starts this year. Three years removed from a season with 207 strikeouts and a 3.37 ERA, Montas is just about off the fantasy radar at this point. The 31-year-old right-hander is set to face the Red Sox at home next week.

    • Takes loss vs Astros
Maeda (2-3) allowed four runs in five innings, he gave up five hits and two walks while striking out one on Sunday vs the Astros.

Advice: Maeda got tagged early as he gave up all four runs in the first two frames, with the three-run homer to Jose Altuve being the costly hit. He managed to settle in as he faced the minimum nine hitters over the next three frames to get through five innings. Maeda has now given up at least four runs in five of his 11 starts this season. The veteran righty will take a 6.02 ERA into his next start as he still tries to find a rhythm with his new club. Rotowire.com 53 minutes ago

    • Back on bench Sunday
Wells is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Red Sox.

Advice: Wells will sit for the second time in the series after making his lone start in Saturday's 8-1 win. Though he's gone 5-for-15 with a home run and walk in his last five games, Wells still appears to be stuck in a timeshare at catcher with Jose Trevino. Rotowire.com 56 minutes ago
