    • Homers again in win
Gelof went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 5-1 win over the Royals.

Advice: Gelof has homered in back-to-back games and has hit four of his seven long balls this year in June. The second baseman has gone 8-for-29 (.276) over his last eight contests. For the season, he's at a .196/.250/.348 slash line with 19 RBI, 21 runs scored and eight stolen bases, though hitting at or near the bottom of a weak lineup is unlikely to do any favors for his counting stats. • Zack Gelof homers in win over Royals
Zack Gelof went 1-for-4 with a solo homer against the Royals on Wednesday.

Advice: Gelof’s only hit of the day left the yard as he took Dan Altavilla deep for a solo shot in the eighth inning to extend the Oakland lead. It was Geldof’s second homer in as many days. The 24-year-old second baseman is hitting .196/.250/.348 with seven homers, 21 runs scored, 19 RBI, and eight steals across 222 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:24 pm

    • Bobby Witt Jr. drives in Royals only run in loss
Bobby Witt Jr. went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI against the A’s on Wednesday.

Advice: After knocking a base hit in the first inning, Witt Jr. drove in the only run of the game for the Royals with a double in the fifth to plate Nelson Velázquez. The 24-year-old shortstop has been one of the top fantasy producers, slashing .323/.372/.545 with 11 homers, 59 runs scored, 52 RBI, and 21 steals across 333 plate appearances. • Wild early in no-decision
Povich did not factor into the decision in Wednesday's 7-6 win over the Yankees, allowing one run on one hit and five walks with one strikeout over 4.2 innings.

Advice: Povich walked four batters between the first two innings but only allowed one run on a sacrifice fly by Gleyber Torres in the first. He settled down and retired eight straight hitters before walking Juan Soto with two outs in the fifth frame and was pulled at 94 pitches. After surrendering six runs in his debut June 6, Povich has allowed just one run over his past two outings and owns a 3.94 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 9:9 K:BB through 16 major-league innings. It is unclear if he will remain in the rotation when Dean Kremer (triceps) returns from the injured list. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:57 pm
    • Cade Povich erratic in no-decision
Cade Povich allowed one earned run in 4 2/3 innings against the Yankees on Wednesday. He walked four and struck out just one.

Advice: Povich does not seem ready for major league hitters. His fastball was his only pitch to generate a swing and miss as he could not put any Yankees away. He’ll likely have an opportunity to stick in this rotation with Kyle Bradish’s injury, but he should not be leaned upon. Especially not outside of the friendly confines of Camden Yards. • Making another rehab start
Kremer (triceps) will make his next rehab start with Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday, Rich Dubroff of BaltimoreBaseball.com reports.

Advice: The right-hander began the rehab assignment Sunday and threw 59 pitches across 3.2 innings with Norfolk, and he'll continue building up his workload Saturday. Kremer will then be evaluated for next steps, and if all goes well, he could return from the 15-day injured list and rejoin Baltimore's rotation sometime next week. • Goes yard twice in loss
Harper went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in Wednesday's 5-2 loss to the Padres.

Advice: The 31-year-old slugger supplied all the Phillies' offense on the afternoon, taking Matt Waldron deep in the third inning before pulling a Jeremiah Estrada splitter down the right-field line in the eighth. Harper has caught fire in June, hitting safely in 10 of the last 11 games while batting .372 (16-for-43). The surge has boosted his slash line on the season to .285/.391/.539 with 17 homers, four steals, 45 runs and 48 RBI in 69 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:07 pm
    • Dean Kremer to make rehab start on Saturday
Dean Kremer (triceps) will make his next minor league rehab start at Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday.

Advice: Kremer went just 3 2/3 innings in his first rehab start, allowing five runs (two earned) on four hits and a walk while striking out three. It’s likely that the Orioles will want him to go around five innings in Saturday’s start. If all goes well there, he could potentially be cleared to rejoin the O’s rotation next week. • Bryce Harper clobbers two solo homers in loss
Bryce Harper launched two solo homers on Wednesday in the Phillies’ loss to the Padres.

Advice: Harper connected on a center-cut sinker from Padres knuckleballer Matt Waldron, clobbering a game-tying no-doubter to left-center field in the third inning. He capped off his 27th career multi-homer performance by taking San Diego reliever Jeremiah Estrada out to right field in the eighth inning. The 31-year-old fantasy superstar is up to 17 round-trippers on the season after notching his first multi-homer effort since a three-homer explosion back on April 2. Rotoworld Yesterday, 12:49 pm
