      Advice: Spence was tagged for six runs over 5.1 innings in his last start, which was also against the Angels. He bounced back this time, limiting the damage on his line to a Nolan Schanuel sacrifice fly in the fifth inning. Spence is still looking for consistency as a starter, but he has been able to complete at least five frames in each of his last seven outings. He's at a 4.15 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 61:17 K:BB over 73.2 innings through 20 appearances (nine starts) overall. The 26-year-old is projected for a tough home start versus the Orioles this weekend.       Advice: Spence piled up five strikeouts on the night while allowing only one base on balls. The lone tally against him came in the fifth inning as Nolan Schanuel plated Brandon Drury with a sacrifice fly. Spence generated nine swings and misses on 94 pitches on the night — four each on his cutter and slider — while posting an underwhelming CSW of 21 percent. Now 5-4 on the season, the 26-year-old hurler will tote a 4.15 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and a 61/17 K/BB ratio (73 2/3 innings) into Sunday’s battle against the hot-hitting Orioles.       Duran went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a stolen base in Tuesday's 8-3 win over the Marlins.

      Advice: Duran walked and stole second base in the second inning and hit a solo home run in the eighth. The outfielder continued his torrid stretch, hitting safely in 18 of his past 19 games and homering in three straight.       Jarren Duran homered and also stole a base on Tuesday, leading the Red Sox to an 8-3 victory over the Marlins.

      Advice: Duran walked and stole a base -- his 21st theft of the season -- in the second inning before walloping a gargantuan 433-foot blast to left field -- his 10th round-tripper of the season -- off Marlins reliever JT Chargois in the eighth inning. The 27-year-old speedster has put together arguably the most impressive first-half breakout performance of any player in the fantasy landscape, batting .287/.351/.497 with 43 extra-base hits, including 10 triples and 10 homers, in addition to 21 stolen bases. He’s rapidly evolving into a five-category fantasy superstar and rewarding fantasy managers that have exercised extreme patience over the last few years as he continued to develop at the highest level.
