    • Marsh allows five in loss to Rays on Thursday
Alex Marsh allowed five runs in three innings and took the loss against the Rays on Thursday.

Advice: Marsh gave up six hits, walked three and struck out one. The Royals had seen enough after three innings and 75 pitches from Marsh. He allowed two runs in the first on an RBI groundout by Randy Arozarena and an RBI double by Josh Lowe. Jonny DeLuca hit a solo home run and Richie Palacios had an RBI single in the second inning. DeLuca added an RBI single in the third inning and Marsh didn’t come back out for the fourth inning. Marsh has a 4.57 ERA, but has won six games this season. The 26-year-old right-hander is set to face the Cardinals on the road next week.

    • Myers allows four in six innings against Rockies
Tobias Myers allowed four runs in six innings and took the loss against the Rockies on Thursday.

Advice: Myers gave up eight hits, walked one and struck out five. Myers allowed an RBI double to Ryan McMahon in the first inning and a two-run double to Charlie Blackmon in the second inning. He held the Rockies scoreless from there until Jake Cave homered in the sixth inning. Myers has completed six innings in five of his last six starts and has a respectable 3.52 ERA on the season. The 25-year-old right-hander is set to face the Pirates at home next week.

    • Impresses in loss
Henderson went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run and a double in Thursday's 7-3 loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Henderson opened the scoring with his third-inning blast, which was his first homer in seven games. The shortstop remains excellent atop the Orioles' order, having gone 15-for-41 (.366) over his last 10 contests. On the year, he's up to 27 homers, 60 RBI, 75 runs scored, 13 stolen bases and a .289/.382/.605 slash line through 86 games. Rotowire.com Today, 5:04 pm

    • Goes six innings in no-decision
Burnes allowed two runs on four hits and a walk while striking out six over six innings in a no-decision versus the Mariners.

Advice: Burnes, who welcomed twins over the weekend, was strong in his return to the mound. He threw 62 of 94 pitches for strikes, but he gave up both runs in the fifth inning, including one on a solo home run by Julio Rodriguez. Burnes has posted a quality start in all but one of his last 13 outings, though this was just the second time in his last seven starts that he didn't come away with a win. He has an excellent 2.32 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 105:25 K:BB through 112.2 innings over 18 starts this season. The right-hander is projected to make his next start at home versus the Cubs and should be set to pitch on a regular schedule with the Orioles electing for a five-man rotation moving forward. • Gunnar Henderson crushes 27th homer in O’s loss
Gunnar Henderson went 3-for-5 with a two-run homer on Thursday in the Orioles’ loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Henderson was a triple shy of hitting for the cycle by the fifth inning of this one as he continues to build a credible American League MVP Award resume heading towards his first All-Star Game appearance in a few weeks. The 23-year-old emerging franchise cornerstone took Mariners starter Bryce Miller deep in the third inning for his 27th round-tripper of the season and finished with his ninth three-hit performance of the first half. He’s batting an absurd .344 (42-for-122) with nine homers and six steals over his last 30 games. Rotoworld Today, 4:07 pm

    • Corbin Burnes tallies six strikeouts vs. Mariners
Corbin Burnes struck out six and allowed two runs over six innings on Thursday in a no-decision against the Mariners.

Advice: Burnes set down 12 straight batters to open the contest, and carried a shutout into the fifth inning, before coughing up a gargantuan solo homer to Mariners struggling superstar Julio Rodríguez. He proceeded to load the bases with nobody out in the frame, but managed to wriggle out of the jam with only one run crossing the plate. The overall strikeout total doesn’t seem that impressive, but he generated an eye-popping 18 swinging strikes and finished with a 31 percent CSW. The 29-year-old fantasy ace will bring a sparkling 2.32 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 105/25 K/BB ratio across 112 2/3 innings (18 starts) into a home outing on Wednesday against the Cubs in his final start prior to the Midsummer Classic. • Has quality start spoiled
Quintana came away with a no-decision in Thursday's loss to the Nationals. He did not allow a run over seven innings, giving up four hits and three walks.

Advice: For the first time this season, Quintana went through a game without allowing a run, but he got no run support on his way to the no-decision. He joins Tylor Megill as the only two Mets pitchers to throw seven shutout innings this season. Quintana has picked up a quality start in three of his last four appearances and has lowered his ERA to 4.22 in the process. Rotowire.com Today, 11:28 am
    • Jose Quintana looks great in no decision
Jose Quintana was tremendous in a no-decision against the Nationals on Thursday, throwing seven shutout innings and allowing just four hits.

Advice: Quintana did walk three and struck out only one on the day, but it was a solid effort despite a 17 percent whiff rate and 23 percent CSW. Quintana kept the Nationals hitters off-balance and off the barrel and has now allowed just three total earned runs over 23 1/3 innings in his last four starts. His recent performance puts him firmly on the streaming radar next week against the Nationals. Rotoworld Today, 10:49 am
    • Return before break not ruled out
Phillies manager Rob Thomson said Thursday that Realmuto (knee) is working out at 70-to-75 percent intensity, Corey Seidman of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Advice: Realmuto is three weeks removed from right meniscus surgery and is progressing nicely. The club is not ruling out a return for their starting catcher prior to the All-Star break if he proves to be ready by then, but it's probably more likely that Realmuto is held out until the start of the second half.
