Morel went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer, a walk and a steal in Monday's loss to the Padres.

Advice: Morel put the Cubs on the board with his two-run shot in the sixth inning after snagging a steal earlier in the contest. He has five hits over his last five games and four of them have left the yard. The 24-year-old is slashing .220/.315/.449 with 12 extra-base hits (eight home runs), four stolen bases and 23 RBI through 35 games this season. Rotowire.com Today, 8:36 pm

    • Officially activated
Buehler (elbow) was reinstated from the 15-day injured list ahead of Monday's start against the Marlins.

Advice: As expected, Buehler will toe the rubber Monday evening in his first MLB action since undergoing Tommy John surgery in August 2022. He cruised through five innings April 30 during his final rehab start with Triple-A Oklahoma City, surrendering one run while fanning five batters, but even so, expect the club to keep a close eye on the right-hander's pitch count in the series opener. • Walker Buehler (elbow) activated for start vs. MIA
Dodgers activated RHP Waker Buehler off the 15-day injured list.

Advice: Buehler will get a chance to make his first start in 20 months after recovering from Tommy John surgery. The right-hander was up to 75 pitches in rehab starts, and he should be able to work the necessary five innings to qualify for a potential win. Fantasy managers should absolutely give Buehler a chance if he’s still on the waiver wire. Rotoworld Today, 3:04 pm
    • Swats homer Sunday
Judge went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a double and a walk in Sunday's 5-2 victory versus Detroit.

Advice: A day after he was ejected from a game for the first time in his career, Judge belted a solo shot off Tarik Skubal in his first at-bat of the contest. The slugger added a sixth-inning double to notch just his second game with multiple extra-base hits this season. Judge is still slashing a meager .220/.350/.439 on the campaign, but he's batting .355 with three of his seven homers and seven of his 20 RBI over his past nine games. • Aaron Judge leaves the yard in win on Sunday
Aaron Judge went 2-for-3 and launched his seventh home run of the season on Sunday as the Yankees defeated the Tigers.

Advice: Judge opened the scoring in the contest, crushing a 399-foot (109.3 mph EV) solo shot off of Tigers’ star southpaw Tarik Skubal in the home half of the first inning. He also doubled, drew a walk and struck out in the ballgame. On the season, the 32-year-old superstar is now hitting .220/.350/.439 with seven homers, 20 RBI and two stolen bases. • Homers in loss
Contreras went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and three strikeouts in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the White Sox.

Advice: Contreras accounted for all the offense for St. Louis on Sunday, launching a solo shot off of Garrett Crochet in the bottom of the fourth inning. The long ball was his sixth of the year and second in the last four contests. Contreras is now batting .275 with six home runs, 11 RBI, 18 runs scored and two stolen bases over 102 at-bats in 29 games in 2024. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:57 pm

    • Christopher Morel reaches four times in win Sunday
Christopher Morel singled, drove in a run and drew three walks on Sunday afternoon as the Cubs bested the Brewers.

Advice: The hot-hitting 24-year-old third baseman capped off the scoring in the contest with a two-out RBI single off of Janson Junk in the seventh inning. He also walked three times in the ballgame, but the Cubs were never able to cash him in. On the season, he’s now slashing .220/.312/.431 with seven long balls, 21 RBI and three stolen bases through his first 34 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:42 pm

    • Impressive over six innings
Crochet (2-4) earned the win after he pitched six innings, allowing one run on three hits while striking out six batters in Sunday's 5-1 victory over the Cardinals.

Advice: Crochet was able to make it back-to-back strong outings Sunday, limiting the Cardinals to just one run on a fourth-inning solo home run by Willson Contreras. The left-hander secured his first quality start since April 3 in the win and he has now allowed just three runs over 11 innings in his last two outings. Crochet will carry a 5.31 ERA and 11.7 K/9 into his next projected start Friday at home versus the Guardians. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:26 pm

    • Garrett Crochet fans six in victory over Cardinals
Garrett Crochet picked up his second victory of the season on Sunday afternoon, striking out six batters over six innings of one-run baseball against the Cardinals.

Advice: The 24-year-old southpaw scattered just three hits on the afternoon and didn’t walk a batter. The lone blemish on his day came on a solo blast off the bat of Willson Contreras in the fourth inning. Aside from that, he was brilliant. Crochet generated eight swings and misses on 88 pitches on the day — four of those on his cutter — while posting a CSW of 28 percent. Now 2-4 on the season, he’ll carry a 5.31 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and a 53/9 K/BB ratio (40 2/3 innings) into Friday’s showdown against the Guardians. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:17 pm
