    • David Hamilton swipes four bases to lead Red Sox
      David Hamilton and the Red Sox ran all over the Yankees in Sunday night’s 9-3 victory over the Yankees, with the 26-year-old speedster nabbing four of his team’s franchise-record nine stolen bases.

      Advice: The Red Sox clearly did not respect the battery of Marcus Stroman and Jose Trevino, and they pushed the envelope against them every chance that they had. Hamilton worked a leadoff walk in the third inning, swiped second base and ultimately scored on a double play ground ball off the bat of Rafael Devers. He then led off the fifth inning with a single and immediately stole second and third base before scoring on Devers’ sacrifice fly. He also added an RBI single and a run scored in the eighth inning.       Rafael Devers went 1-for-3 and drove in a pair of runs on Sunday night as the Red Sox triumphed over the Yankees.

      Advice: Devers delivered a sacrifice fly off of Marcus Stroman in the fourth inning that extended the Red Sox’ early lead to 4-1. He then added a valuable insurance run in the seventh with an RBI single that plated Jarren Duran to make it a 5-3 game. Devers then raced around to score on Connor Wong’s two-run triple.       Ronel Blanco delivered a dazzling performance in Sunday afternoon’s victory over the Tigers, firing seven innings of no-hit baseball.

      Advice: The 30-year-old hurler racked up eight strikeouts in the contest while issuing three free passes. He carried a bid for a perfect game into the fifth inning where he issued a two-out walk to Gio Urshela. He then walked Akil Baddoo and Carson Kelly to load the bases before getting Zack McKinstry to fly out to end the threat. Those would be the Tigers’ only base runners against him. Blanco got 15 swings and misses on 94 pitches on the day — eight of those on his changeup — while registering an elite CSW of 41 percent.       Advice: Blanco flirted with his second no-hitter of the season, but his elevated pitch count forced him out of the game after seven frames, and the bullpen would give up a hit the next inning. The 30-year-old righty mowed through the Tigers lineup by registering eight strikeouts in another impressive showing.       Steven Kwan went 4-for-5 with one RBI against the Blue Jays on Sunday.



      Advice: Kwan is hitting a ridiculous .398 on the season now. It’s probably not sustainable as his BABIP is .418 compared to his career .320 BABIP, but Kwan benefits from his low seven percent strikeout percentage.
