      Jesse Winker went 2-for-4 with a solo homer in a loss to the D-Backs on Thursday.

      Advice: Winker took Ryne Nelson deep in the sixth inning to cut the Diamondbacks’ lead to 4-2. The outfielder has homered in back-to-back games and now has eight roundtrippers on the year.       Winker went 1-for-3 with a walk and a two-run home run in Wednesday's 3-1 win over Arizona.

      Advice: He delivered what proved to be the game-winning hit in the sixth inning when he drove a Brandon Pfaadt splitter over the fence in left-center field. Winker snapped a 25-game homer drought with the blast, but he wasn't exactly slumping during that stretch, batting .333 (25-for-75) over that stretch.       Duran went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two steals in a 7-3 win over the Blue Jays on Wednesday.

      Advice: Duran hit a solo home run off Kevin Gausman in the fifth inning then added an RBI single and a steal in the sixth. He later stole another base after reaching on a fielder's choice in the eighth. Duran extended his hitting streak to 10 games and has hit .356 with three homers and eight steals in June.       Jesse Winker slugged a go-ahead two-run homer in the sixth inning, powering the Nationals to a 3-1 victory over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday afternoon in Washington D.C.

      Advice: Winker’s game-changing blast came off of Diamondbacks’ right-hander Brandon Pfaadt with two outs in the sixth inning. He got an 0-1 fastball and crushed a 399-foot (101.8 mph EV) two-run shot that plated Lane Thomas as well, giving the Nationals a 2-1 edge. The 30-year-old outfielder finished the day 1-for-3 plus a walk and is now hitting a respectable .271/.383/.410 with seven homers, 33 RBI and a career-high 11 stolen bases on the season.       Advice: The Nats managed only four hits on the night in a shutout loss, with Winker's fourth-inning double being the team's only extra-base hit. Hernández very well could have struck out to the game on the pitch prior to his homer, but he was given a reprieve by Lance Barksdale on a very close check-swing call.
