    • Exits with calf injury
Neto was removed from Saturday's game against the Dodgers with left calf tightness.

Advice: Neto slid to field a ball at shortstop and fell back to the ground in pain after attempting to get up and throw the ball. Encouragingly, Neto was able to walk off the field unassisted and it's expected he'll be evaluated during Sunday's team day off. Luis Guillorme will slide to shortstop while Michael Stefanic enters at second base. Rotowire.com 26 minutes ago

    • Zach Neto diagnosed with left calf tightness
The Angels announced that Zach Neto was removed from Saturday’s contest due to tightness in his left calf.

Advice: The 23-year-old shortstop suffered the injury while making a sliding stop on a ground ball in the fourth inning on Saturday night. The severity of the injury — as well as how much time (if any) Neto may miss — remains unclear. Fantasy mangers who are counting on Neto for next week should be sure to have an alternative option at the ready in case Neto lands on the injured list. Rotoworld 30 minutes ago

    • Zach Neto leaves game with apparent leg injury
Zach Neto was pulled from Saturday night’s ballgame against the Dodgers due to an apparent leg injury.

Advice: Neto made a sliding stop deep in the hole in the fourth inning, but when he got up to throw it looked as though his leg gave out on him. The 23-year-old shortstop also fouled a ball off of his leg earlier in the contest. He’ll head for further evaluation to see exactly what’s going on there. Stay tuned as the Angels should have an update on his status shortly. Rotoworld 35 minutes ago

    • Hits 10th homer
Schneider went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Guardians.

Advice: Schneider has gone 7-for-28 (.250) with three homers over his last eight games. He's usually hit leadoff this season, but he was dropped to sixth in the order Saturday, with Isiah Kiner-Falefa moving up to the top spot and slugging two homers of his own. Schneider's .227 batting average isn't great for a leadoff hitter, though his .319 on-base percentage is a bit more passable. He's added 10 homers, 35 RBI, 32 runs scored, three stolen bases and 15 doubles over 251 plate appearances. While he could ultimately stick lower in the order, Schneider's short-term playing time should be safe after Daulton Varsho left Saturday's contest with back soreness. • Pops homer in win
Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Ramirez put the Guardians ahead for good with a third-inning blast, which was his first extra-base hit since June 9. He's gone 8-for-33 (.242) over his last eight games, but he's made up for the quieter bat by adding four stolen bases in that span. Overall, the star third baseman has a .271/.330/.528 slash line with 19 homers, 67 RBI, 56 runs scored and 14 steals through 71 contests. Rotowire.com Today, 7:08 pm

    • Ramirez belts 19th home run in win Saturday
Jose Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run against the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Ramirez’ home run was his 19th of the season. He took Blue Jays starter Jose Berrios deep with a man on in the third inning. Ramirez’ excellent season continues. He’s hitting .271 with a .858 OPS and 67 RBI on the year. Rotoworld Today, 4:08 pm

    • Castellanos belts 11th home run in win Saturday
Nick Castellanos went 2-for-3 with a home run and five RBI against the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

Advice: Castellanos’ home run was his 11th of the season and went so far he started removing his protective elbow pad before he even exited the batter’s box. In all, he had a sacrifice fly, two-run home run and two-run double. Castellanos has struggled this season with a .225 average and .672 OPS, but the Phillies lineup still provides opportunities to drive in runs as he now has 37 RBI on the year. • Yu Darvish (groin) expected to return on Tuesday
Yu Darvish (groin) is expected to rejoin the Padres’ rotation on Tuesday.

Advice: The 37-year-old right-hander made it through a minor league rehab start at High-A Fort Wayne without any issues on Wednesday and will square off with the Nationals at home on Tuesday night. Before landing on the injured list in late May with a strained groin, Darvish had posted a 3.20 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and a 53/15 K/BB ratio over 56 1/3 innings through his first 11 starts on the season. • Expected to start Tuesday
Darvish (groin) is scheduled to start Tuesday's game against the Nationals, AJ Cassavell of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Darvish is set to make his first start since May 29 after an IL stint due to left groin soreness. The 37-year-old made a minor-league rehab start at High-A on Wednesday but only got up to 49 pitches and will likely be under some sort of pitch count against the Nationals. Across 11 starts, Darvish owns a 3.20 ERA and a 1.07 WHIP with 53 strikeouts. Rotowire.com Today, 2:49 pm
