Kwan continues to rake since his return from a hamstring injury May 31, extending his hitting streak to 13 games with eight multi-hit efforts in that span.       Steven Kwan went 2-for-3 with a home run, walk, and two runs scored on Wednesday against the Mariners.

      Advice: Kwan continues what’s been an all-time start to the season. His batting average ticked back up to an unthinkable .397 and the homer was his fifth of the season.       Advice: Reynolds snapped a scoreless tie with two outs in the eighth inning, launching a Nick Martinez changeup over the centerfield fence to provide the only offense in a 1-0 Pirates win. The 29-year-old Reynolds has been red hot at the plate -- he extended his hit streak to 17 games, going 24-for-70 (.343) with 11 extra-base hits in that span. It's the first multi-hit game of the year for Murphy, who was batting just .135 with a lone homer through his first 15 games this season.       Advice: Reynolds snapped a scoreless stalemate by taking Reds reliever Nick Martinez deep to left-center field with two outs in the eighth inning. It was his 10th round-tripper of the season and wound up being the lone tally for either side in a throwback pitcher’s duel on a sizzling-hot, 87-degree afternoon at PNC Park.
