    • Taking seat Thursday
Heim is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: The Rangers are wrapping up their series in Philadelphia with a day game after a night game, so Heim will be given a day of rest. Andrew Knizner will pick up the start at catcher. Rotowire.com 35 minutes ago

    • Another two-homer game
Soto went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Mariners.

Advice: This was Soto's second multi-homer game in the last five contests. He's gone 8-for-19 (.421) with six RBI and seven runs scored over that span. The star outfielder continues to fit right in with the Yankees, slashing .313/.409/.569 with 13 homers, 40 RBI, 37 runs scored, four stolen bases, nine doubles and a triple over his first 51 games with the team. • Goes yard in loss
Pham went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 9-2 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: Pham got the White Sox on the board when he took Toronto reliever Genesis Cabrera deep in the eighth inning. This was Pham's fifth multi-hit effort over the last nine games, a span in which he's gone 13-for-37 (.351) with four extra-base hits, three RBI and two stolen bases. The veteran outfielder is slashing .316/.356/.474 with three homers, 11 RBI, 13 runs scored and three steals across 101 plate appearances. He's found ample success as the leadoff hitter since signing a minor-league deal with the White Sox in mid-April and rising to the majors April 26. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:08 pm

    • Tommy Pham blasts third homer vs. Blue Jays
Tommy Pham went 2-for-4 with a solo homer on Wednesday against the Blue Jays.

Advice: Pham had a base hit in the third inning, but the White Sox were held without a run until the eighth. He started the frame with a solo blast off Génesis Cabrera. The 36-year-old outfielder is up to three homers and three steals while slashing .316/.356/.474 across 101 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:14 pm

    • Juan Soto homers twice in win
Juan Soto went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI as the Yankees defeated the Mariners 7-3 on Wednesday.

Advice: It has been a magical first season in the Bronx for Soto who heard “MVP” chants after his second big fly. He’s been every bit as advertised for the Yankees and fantasy managers alike with a .313/.409/.978 slash line and 13 homers so far this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:13 pm

    • Back in lineup Wednesday
Garcia (forearm) will serve as the Rangers' designated hitter and cleanup batter in Wednesday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: The Rangers held Garcia out of the lineup for the past two games while he contended with right forearm discomfort, but he's made enough improvement to enter the starting nine Wednesday, albeit in a non-defensive role. Provided the injury doesn't affect his throwing for too much longer, Garcia should be ready to return to his usual spot in right field in the coming days. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:28 pm
    • Adolis Garcia (forearm) returns to Rangers’ lineup
Adolis Garcia (forearm) returned to the Rangers’ starting lineup for Wednesday night’s showdown against the Phillies.

Advice: After missing a pair of games due to a forearm issue, the 31-year-old slugger is right back in there for the Rangers on Wednesday evening. He has been a force in the middle of the lineup once again this season — slashing .251/.297/.491 with 11 homers, 35 RBI and four stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:12 pm
    • Homers in first rehab game
Murphy (oblique) played seven innings at catcher and went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and an additional run Tuesday in his first rehab game for Triple-A Gwinnett.

Advice: In his first game since suffering a Grade 1 left oblique strain in his season debut with Atlanta on March 29, Murphy had been scheduled to catch just four innings, but he ended up staying behind the dish longer than expected. The 29-year-old backstop didn't exhibit any rust with the bat or in the field Tuesday, as he threw out the only baserunner that attempt to steal off of him and provided the highlight of the night with a 449-foot blast off the batter's eye in center field in his first at-bat. According to David O'Brien of The Athletic, Atlanta manager Brian Snitker said that Murphy will be off Wednesday before starting behind the plate again for Gwinnett on Thursday. Snitker added that Murphy is also expected to get another start for Gwinnett as a designated hitter, so Atlanta is seemingly planning on having Murphy remain on assignment through at least Friday before bringing him back from the 10-day injured list. • Goes yard twice in rout
Buxton went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Tuesday's 10-0 win over the Nationals.

Advice: The 30-year-old slugger took Patrick Corbin deep in the second and fifth innings, his first long balls in four games since coming off the IL and his first multi-homer performance of 2024. Buxton had managed only one home run in 28 games prior to knee trouble that shut him down in early May, but Tuesday's fireworks are a strong sign he's fully healthy. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:19 am
