The outfielder would be eligible to return before the All-Star break if an IL move is made soon, but being held out until the second half is probably likelier at this point.     Advice: The positive news here is that Nimmo is merely dealing with a forehead laceration that he suffered on Sunday night when he fell in his hotel room. The 31-year-old outfielder, who boasts a .291 (34-for-117) average with six homers and two steals over his last 30 games, will sit out a second straight contest on Tuesday evening, but it doesn’t appear that he’s facing a lengthy absence.
