    • Homers, extends hitting streak
Pages went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer in Wednesday's win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Pages kicked off a five-run second inning for the Dodgers with a two-run shot off Jordan Montgomery following a one-out walk from Enrique Hernandez. It was the rookie outfielder's third home run of the campaign, and he's now hit safely in eight consecutive games. Over that stretch he's batting .363 (12-for-33) with two homers, seven RBI and seven runs scored. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:16 am

    • Andy Pages slugs two-run homer in win Wednesday
Andy Pages went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer on Wednesday in an 8-0 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Pages got the scoring started for the Dodgers in the second inning, blasting a towering two-run homer off Jordan Montgomery. The 23-year-old outfielder has impressed in his major league debut, hitting .291/.317/.545 with three homers, 12 runs scored, and 10 RBI across 60 plate appearances. There were questions regarding his hit tool, but he’s posted just a 21.7 percent strikeout rate, supporting his early production. Rotoworld Wednesday, 9:35 pm

    • Three hits, steal in win
Castro went 3-for-5 with a double, a triple, an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base in Wednesday's 10-5 win over the White Sox.

Advice: Castro wound up a homer shy of a cycle Wednesday while recording his fifth multi-hit game during his current eight-game hitting streak. He's gone 16-for-35 (.457) over the course of the streak, boosting his slash line to .270/.339/.450 through 30 games this year. The 27-year-old Castro added two homers, 13 runs scored, 12 RBI and three stolen bases while serving as the Twins' primary third baseman in the absence of Royce Lewis (quadriceps). • Willi Castro goes 3-for-5, steals base
Willi Castro went 3-for-5 with a triple, a double and a stolen base Wednesday as the Twins took down the White Sox 10-5.

Advice: Castro has really warmed up, going 16-for-35 with eight RBI in his last eight games. That’s raised his OPS from .538 to 789. He was in line to lose playing time due to Carlos Correa’s return, but the hot streak has changed that, and now that Byron Buxton is down, there’s little doubt that Castro will stay in the lineup for a while. He’s an option for teams in need of steals. Rotoworld Wednesday, 2:27 pm

    • Handed day off Wednesday
Rojas is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Angels.

Advice: Rojas had started in each of the previous three games while going 2-for-11 with a home run and a double, but he'll take a seat for the series finale as Cristian Pache picks up a rare start in center field. Through 91 plate appearances on the season, Rojas has mustered a modest .637 OPS, but his speed (seven steals in eight attempts) and plus defense should give him some stability atop the depth chart in center field. • Johan Rojas delivers ninth-inning homer in victory
Johan Rojas hit a two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to lead the Phillies past the Angels 7-5 on Tuesday.

Advice: Nick Castellanos had already tied the game with a solo shot before Rojas provided the difference maker. It was Rojas’s first homer in 91 plate appearances this season. Fortunately, he’s continued to play his usual excellent defense, and Whit Merrifield hasn’t been able to force his way into the lineup. Rojas isn’t a mixed-league guy right now, but with his ability to steal bases, he doesn’t need to be all that much better offensively to get to that kind of level. Rotoworld Tuesday, 11:34 pm

    • Receives night off
Varsho is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Royals.

Advice: Varsho won't face the left-handed Cole Ragans on Tuesday as the Blue Jays trot out a lineup of eight righties and Cavan Biggio. The outfielder is 1-for-14 (.071) across his last four games but will likely slide back into the Toronto lineup Wednesday when the Jays face RHP Seth Lugo. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 12:23 pm
    • Runs wild again Monday
Young went 1-for-4 with two runs scored and two stolen bases in Monday's 7-2 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Both pilfers came in the fifth inning, as Young stole second then teamed up with CJ Abrams on a double steal after the shortstop drew a walk. Young's 12 stolen bases on the season are third in the majors behind Elly De La Cruz (18) and Brice Turang (13), and he's slashing .328/.368/.391 through 21 games. Victor Robles (hamstring) is set to begin a rehab assignment this week as he nears his return from the IL, but Young seems to have a firm hold on the starting job in center field for the Nationals. • Christian Yelich (back) throws from 120 feet away
Christian Yelich (back) threw from up to 120 feet away before Monday’s game.

Advice: Yelich has also resumed throwing, and the ability to throw from a relative distance is another positive encouragement. This was initially viewed as a potential short-term stint on the injured list, but right now it seems likely that Yelich won’t be back until the early-to-mid portion of May. Rotoworld Monday, 3:32 pm
