    • Takes seat Sunday
Pasquantino is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

Advice: With the Royals wrapping up their series with a day game and with ace lefty Tarik Skubal on the bump for the Tigers, Kansas City manager Matt Quatraro likely felt that it was an opportune time to give the lefty-hitting Pasquantino a game off. Pasquantino had started in each of the Royals' last 14 games and had gone hitless over the past five contests. Rotowire.com Today, 8:20 am
    • Vinnie Pasquantino gets Sunday off vs. Tigers
Vinnie Pasquantino is out of the lineup for Sunday’s game against the Tigers.

Advice: Pasquantino has gone hitless over his last five games, and the 26-year-old will take a seat for Sunday’s contest with tough lefty Tarik Skubal on the bump for the Tigers. Salvador Perez draws the start at first base with Freddy Fermin behind the plate and Adam Frazier the designated hitter. Rotoworld Today, 7:52 am
    • Secures fourth save
Munoz earned the save over the Diamondbacks on Saturday, pitching a perfect ninth inning while striking out one.

Advice: Munoz entered the game with a two-run lead in the ninth and went 1-2-3 through the heart of Arizona's lineup to secure his fourth save of the season. The right-handed reliever has now converted his last two save attempts after being tagged with the loss in extras against the Rockies a week ago and has not allowed a baserunner over that brief stretch. • Swats second homer
Seager went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 8-4 loss to the Reds.

Advice: Seager, who was not in the original starting lineup for Saturday's game, was a late addition. The home run was his second of the season. Seager's off to a slow start, slashing .247/.336/.330 over 110 plate appearances, which is disappointing for fantasy managers who expected more from the player that finished second in AL MVP voting last season. However, it's understandable when considering Seager underwent offseason hernia surgery and missed all but the final week of spring training. Rotowire.com Today, 7:03 am
    • Andrés Muñoz quiets D-backs to earn fourth save
Andrés Muñoz tossed a perfect ninth inning on Saturday against the Diamondbacks to record his fourth save of the season.

Advice: Muñoz got the call to protect a two-run lead in the final frame and needed just 11 pitches (eight strikes) to retire the side in order. The 25-year-old flamethrower has converted four of five save chances this season to accompany a solid 2.61 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 13/6 K/BB ratio across 10 1/3 innings (11 appearances). • Clubs third homer
Rutschman went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 7-0 win over the Athletics.

Advice: Rutschman is on fire with an eight-game hitting streak, going 15-for-36 (.417) in that span with two homers, nine RBI and four runs scored. The catcher's surge has him up to a .324/.368/.438 slash line with three homers, 16 RBI, 16 runs scored and three doubles through 25 games. Rutschman's power numbers are more or less in line with his first two seasons and he's making more contact, but he's also posted a 6.1 percent walk rate so far. He's locked in as the Orioles' No. 2 hitter. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:06 pm
    • Labors through 4.1 innings
Cabrera (1-1) took the loss Saturday versus the Nationals, yielding six runs (five earned) on four hits and two walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out four.

Advice: Cabrera cruised through the first two frames, striking out three while allowing just one runner to reach base. It was a struggle after that, though, with the big blow coming in the fifth inning when Jesse Winker walloped a grand slam. Cabrera twirled a gem in his first start earlier this month, but his second outing wasn't great and this one was worse. Further inconsistency should be expected. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:11 pm
    • Four hits in return to lineup
Yoshida went 4-for-5 with an RBI and three runs scored in Saturday's victory over the Cubs.

Advice: He did not start the previous five games, as the Red Sox utilized Rafael Devers and Tyler O'Neill at designated hitter as they returned from injuries. Yoshida did his best to make up for lost time Saturday, doubling in a run while also adding three singles. While he has been used very little this week, the expectation is that Yoshida will remain the team's primary DH moving forward. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 5:57 pm
    • Edward Cabrera struggles late in loss to Nationals
Edward Cabrera was charged for six runs — five earned — in 4 1/3 innings in a loss to the Nationals on Saturday.

Advice: Cabrera was pitching well over the first four frames, but the fifth was a disaster that saw him give up a grand slam to Jesse Winker. He walked two and struck out four in a start that sees his ERA balloon to 5.28. Cabrera will try and bounce back with a home start against the Rockies on Thursday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:20 pm
