    • Matt Olson hits two-run homer against Orioles
Matt Olson went 2-for-3 and hit a two-run homer against the Orioles on Wednesday.

Advice: The homer, which accounted for Atlanta’s only scoring tonight, briefly evened up the game in the top of the eighth, but the Orioles went right back ahead in the bottom of the inning. It’s incredible that the Braves’ lineup has basically been the equal of the White Sox’s for about a month and a half now. Olson has actually picked up his play during this terrible span, but he’s not getting much help. Rotoworld Wednesday, 6:38 pm

    • Jordan Westburg gets a day off on Wednesday
Jordan Westburg is not in the Orioles’ lineup against the Braves on Wednesday.

Advice: It’s a routine day off for the 25-year-old who has struggled to open the month of June, hitting .208/.224/.438 with two home runs, 11 strikeouts, and one walk in 11 games. Perhaps a day off will get him back on track. Jorge Mateo will move to second base with Ramon Urias at third base while Westburg is out. Rotoworld Wednesday, 12:11 pm

    • Getting rest Wednesday
Westburg is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against Atlanta.

Advice: Westburg will retreat to the bench Wednesday for what appears to be a routine maintenance day after he had started in 11 consecutive games. His absence will open up a spot in the starting nine for Ramon Urias, who will get the nod at third base. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 11:57 am

    • On base thrice in loss
Andujar went 2-for-3 with a double and a walk in a loss to the Padres on Monday.

Advice: Andujar authored one of two multi-hit efforts on the night for the otherwise anemic Athletics offense, pushing his season slash line to a stellar .321/.328/.500 in the process. The veteran has back-to-back two-hit efforts, and he now boasts six multi-hit tallies over his first 14 games of the season. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 9:48 am

    • Two more steals Sunday
Rengifo went 2-for-4 with two steals and a run in Sunday's 9-7 win over the Angels. He was also hit by a pitch.

Advice: Rengifo ended a mini 0-for-8 skid at the plate with two hits Sunday and managed to swipe two more bags to bring him up to 17 for the year. Rengifo already has five steals in eight games this month and now sits tied for sixth in baseball. He now has eight multi-hit efforts over his last 18 games and continues to be one of the most consistent hitters in the Angels' lineup. The 27-year-old is now slashing .316/.367/.448 with four homers, 18 RBI, 25 runs and a 12:27 BB:K in 189 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Monday, 8:26 am

    • Luis Rengifo swipes two bases as Angels top Astros
Luis Rengifo continued his thieving ways in Sunday’s victory over the Astros, going 2-for-4 with a run scored and a pair of stolen bases.

Advice: Rengifo led off the fifth inning with a single off of Justin Verlander, swiped second base and then raced around to score on an RBI single by Willie Calhoun. He also reached on an error in the ninth inning and nabbed second again, but was ultimately stranded there. The versatile 27-year-old entered the season with 18 career stolen bases through his first 448 ballgames. This season, he has already swiped 17 bags in his first 49 games while hitting a robust .316/.367/.448 with four homers and 18 RBI. Rotoworld Sunday, 4:54 pm

    • Homer short of cycle
Westburg went 3-for-5 with a double, a triple and two runs scored during Sunday's 9-2 win over Tampa Bay.

Advice: Westburg hit a triple for the second consecutive game, bringing his season total to five triples -- tied for the fourth-most in baseball. The third baseman did most of his damage against the bullpen, with his triple coming off Phil Maton in the eighth inning and his final hit (a single) coming off Pete Fairbanks in the ninth. Westburg is 6-for-14 with a homer, three RBI and three runs over the first three games of the O's four-game set against Tampa Bay. Rotowire.com Sunday, 2:56 pm

    • Reaches 15-steal mark
Rengifo went 0-for-4 with a walk and a stolen base in Saturday's 6-1 loss to the Astros.

Advice: Rengifo is one of 11 players to reach 15 steals so far this season, though he's also been caught five times. He's gone 0-for-8 over the last two games after opening June with a five-game hitting streak. The infielder is slashing .312/.361/.447 with four home runs, 18 RBI and 24 runs scored over 48 contests as one of the top hitters in the Angels' lineup. Rotowire.com Saturday, 10:59 pm

    • Steals 34th bag in win
De La Cruz went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Cubs.

Advice: De La Cruz reached on a single in the fifth and proceeded to swipe his MLB-leading 34th bag. After going six straight games without a steal, he now has a swipe in back-to-back games as he continues his torrid pace on the basepaths. The 22-year-old leads MLB with 87 strikeouts but he continues to make up for it with great counting stats. Rotowire.com Saturday, 6:36 pm
