      Polanco (hamstring) is slated to run the bases before Thursday's game against the White Sox and then head out on a rehab assignment, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.

      Advice: Polanco has been progressively ramping up his level of activity in recent days, apparently without any setbacks.       Twins recalled INF/OF Austin Martin from Triple-A St. Paul.

      Advice: He replaces Alex Kirilloff. Martin earned another look by hitting .290/.466/.387 with a 7/21 K/BB ratio in 88 plate appearances in Triple-A. Manuel Margot has gotten hot this month, so we’ll have to see just how much playing time Martin gets in the Twins’ outfield rotation.
