    • Christopher Morel walks off the Cubs on Saturday
Christopher Morel went 1-for-3, driving in the winning run in the Cubs 1-0 win over the Pirates on Saturday.

Advice: The Cubs and Pirates were scoreless going into the bottom of the ninth in what turned out to be a pitchers duel. Cody Bellinger reached scoring position with a one-out double off David Bednar. Morel followed with a base hit to walk it off, bringing Bellinger home for the winning run. The 24-year-old slugger is hitting .217/.300/.416 with nine homers, 32 RBI, and four steals across 190 plate appearances. Rotoworld 31 minutes ago

    • On bench Saturday
Nevin will sit Saturday versus Kansas City.

Advice: Nevin will take a seat after going 0-for-2 with a walk in the team's 6-2 loss in the series opener Friday. Seth Brown will draw the start in right field and bat seventh against the Royals. Rotowire.com 37 minutes ago

    • Breather Saturday
Harris is not in the starting lineup Saturday versus the Royals.

Advice: Harris will take a seat after he went 0-for-3 with three strikeouts in Friday's series opener. The 25-year-old is in the midst of an 0-for-10 stretch at the plate and Abraham Toro will draw the start at third base and bat leadoff against Kansas City. Rotowire.com 42 minutes ago

    • Return delayed multiple weeks
Jung (wrist) still appears to be at least six weeks from returning to the lineup, Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Advice: Jung has yet to pick up a bat after undergoing surgery on his right wrist April 2 and is expected to be reevaluated in another 10-to-14 days before being cleared to start taking swings. The initial timeline for his return was 6-to-8 weeks, which was later adjusted to 10-to-12 weeks, and he now appears to be tracking toward the latter end of that estimation, if not later. The repair of his fractured wrist proved to be trickier than initially anticipated, and Texas will likely be cautious in its approach with the budding star at third base, so fantasy managers shouldn't expect him back until late June or early July. • Missing fifth straight
Riley (side) isn't in Atlanta's lineup for Saturday's game versus San Diego.

Advice: Riley said Saturday that he is feeling better, per Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, but he has yet to resume swinging a bat. The 27-year-old infielder also noted that the team has not talked with him about a potential move to the injured list; however, Riley wouldn't say that he would be back in time for the start of Atlanta's upcoming series with the Cubs on Tuesday. Zack Short, who will start at third base and bat seventh Saturday, has served as Atlanta's third baseman since Riley went down and should continue to do so until the slugger recovers. • Austin Riley not in Saturday’s lineup vs. Padres
Austin Riley (side) remains out of the lineup for Saturday’s tilt against the Padres.

Advice: Riley will miss his fifth straight contest due to left side inflammation. There’s a possibility he’ll be ready to go at some point later this weekend, but Atlanta clearly doesn’t want to take any chances by rushing him back too quickly. It’ll be Zack Short drawing another start at the hot corner in his ongoing absence. Rotoworld Today, 12:39 pm

    • Sitting Saturday
Duran will sit Saturday versus the Angels.

Advice: Duran will head to the bench after going 1-for-12 with a walk and four strikeouts over the last four games. Jonah Heim will slot in at designated hitter while Andrew Knizner enters the lineup behind the plate and bats eighth against Los Angeles. Rotowire.com Today, 12:28 pm

    • Report: Josh Jung (wrist) six weeks from returning
Josh Jung (wrist) is at least six weeks away from returning, reports Evan Grant of The Dallas Morning News.

Advice: Ugh. Original post-surgery estimates put Jung’s potential return sometime around 10-12 weeks from the early-April procedure, but he’s progressing slower than originally anticipated. The 26-year-old slugger resumed throwing, fielding ground balls and running earlier this week, but has yet to resume swinging a bat. The -year-old third baseman is seven weeks removed from surgery, and while he hasn’t suffered any setbacks, isn’t likely to return until at least late June or early July. Rotoworld Today, 10:49 am

    • Headed to Triple-A
Peraza (shoulder) was transferred to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to continue his rehab assignment Saturday.

Advice: Peraza went 2-for-16 with two solo home runs, four runs scored and a stolen base over 16 at-bats in five games with Double-A Somerset and he'll now advance to the final step of his recovery from the shoulder injury he suffered in February. The 23-year-old could return to the Yankees at some point during their four-game series with the Mariners beginning Monday. Rotowire.com Today, 10:36 am
