TIEBREAKERS - ((Best score in Home Runs, if also tied then Outs, if also tied then Wins))

In this way, when the waiver order is set by flipping the standings, the team with the weaker showing will have the better pick. BUT, If you and another team are on the bubble for elimination and are in a tie, the tie will be awarded to the team with -MORE- Home Runs, then Outs if necessary, then Wins.


Waivers:

As in football, the waiver priority will be adjusted each week to favor the bottom teams and allow them to have first crack at the released players. In other words the team in first place will always have last pick.
*Any players already on Waivers on Cut Day will be adjusted to clear the same day as the newly cut players.
**The exception to this will be the very first cut, where the waiver priority will NOT be adjusted, what you see on the league standings is what you will get. I do this in all of these leagues, except football, to compensate teams who drew a bad slot in the draft.
