    • Extends, ends streak
Marte went 2-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored in Sunday's 6-4 win over Detroit.

Advice: Marte extended a hit streak to 18 games with a second-inning single. His single two innings later ended another streak: the switch-hitter entered Sunday's contest with exactly one hit in 15 consecutive games. It seems counter-intuitive, but Marte's batting average has actually dropped during the streak, from .307 to .292. It should be noted he's done more than just hit singles during the run; Marte has four doubles, two triples, four home runs, 11 RBI and 10 runs scored over those 18 games. Rotowire.com Today, 4:38 am
    • Goes deep in loss
Nootbaar went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 11-3 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Nootbaar is up to five homers on the year, four of which have come in his last 11 games. In that span, he's gone 12-for-39 (.308) with 10 RBI and a 10:8 BB:K. The outfielder had a slow start to the year after missing the first two weeks with broken ribs. Nootbaar is still slashing a middling .218/.331/.403 on the season, but he's trending in the right direction. He's added 17 RBI, 13 runs scored, two stolen bases and seven doubles over 33 contests while filling a near-everyday role in the Cardinals' outfield. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:17 pm
    • Leaves yard twice
Tucker went 2-for-5 with two homers and four RBI in Sunday's win over the Brewers.

Advice: After striking out in his first three at-bats, Tucker belted a solo homer in the sixth inning and a three-run shot in the seventh. He's gone deep 10 times in his last 20 games after snapping a six-game drought Sunday. It was also his third multi-homer game and first since April 12. Tucker owns a 1.040 OPS with 33 RBI and 15 home runs, tying Gunnar Henderson for the MLB lead. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:09 pm

    • Adolis Garcia (forearm) undergoes MRI on Sunday
Adolis Garcia underwent an MRI exam on his injured right forearm on Sunday which came back clean for any structural damage.

Advice: The 31-year-old slugger was scratched from the Angels’ lineup on Sunday due to a right forearm issue. It looks like he avoided anything serious though and Rangers’ skipper Bruce Bochy told reporters that he expects Garcia to return to the team’s starting lineup on Tuesday. • Imaging comes back clean
Garcia (forearm) underwent imaging on his forearm Sunday, which came back clean according to manager Bruce Bochy, Jeff Wilson of RangersToday.com reports.

Advice: Garcia was scratched from the lineup ahead of Sunday's series finale with the Angels due to right forearm discomfort, but he appears to have avoided any sort of significant injury. The team has an off day Monday, so the outfielder's next opportunity to return to the lineup will come Tuesday on the road versus the Phillies. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:43 pm
    • Kyle Tucker homers twice in win over Brewers
Kyle Tucker went 2-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in a 9-4 win over the Brewers.

Advice: Tucker did strike out in his other three at-bats, but let’s not dampen the day. The 27-year-old blasted a 390-foot home run at 107 mph in the sixth inning and then followed that up with a 99.2 mph home run in the seventh. He’s now up to 15 home runs on the season with 33 RBI and remains one of the better fantasy baseball players in the league. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:20 pm

    • Receiving breather Sunday
Moreno is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

Advice: Moreno started the previous three games and will head to the bench after he went 1-for-8 with two walks and three strikeouts during that stretch. Tucker Barnhart will step in behind the plate to catch for lefty Jordan Montgomery. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 12:10 pm
    • Scratched due forearm issue
Garcia was scratched from the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels due to a right forearm injury, and he's scheduled to undergo an MRI, Kennedi Landry of MLB.com reports.

Advice: The 31-year-old suffered the injury Saturday in a collision with Marcus Semien and will be sidelined for at least one game. There's optimism Garcia will be available following Monday's team off day, and his status should be updated after the MRI. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:22 am
    • García scratched from lineup with forearm issue
Adolis García has been scratched from Sunday’s lineup against the Angels due to a right forearm issue.

Advice: García was originally listed as the starting designated hitter, but he’ll now be out Sunday with Robbie Grossman taking his place. The outfielder is undergoing imaging, but the hope is that he’ll get Sunday off and be able to return to the lineup Tuesday after the Rangers’ off-day. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:09 am
