    • Launches grand slam
Guerrero went 2-for-4 with a walk and a grand slam during Sunday's 11-8 loss to the Nationals.

Advice: Guerrero's grand slam in the second inning off Mackenzie Gore was his fourth of the season and first in 22 games. It was also the first time he homered this season with men on base as he had collected just 11 RBI and hit just .231 coming into the contest. Despite the power outage, Guerrero is currently in the midst of an eight-game hitting streak, batting 11-for-32 (.344) with three doubles, a homer, five RBI and three runs scored during that stretch. • Falls apart late
Miller didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Astros, allowing four runs on six hits and a walk across six innings. He struck out three.

Advice: Miller kept a clean sheet through five innings before surrendering a two-run home run to Kyle Tucker in the sixth and a two-run shot to Jon Singleton in the seventh -- a long ball that got Miller pulled. The outing marked Miller's third time allowing multiple homers this season and his three strikeouts were a season low. Through 41.1 innings, Miller owns a 2.61 ERA and a 42:13 K:BB. He's tentatively scheduled for a home start against the Athletics on Saturday. Rotowire.com Today, 5:45 pm

    • Swats first-inning homer
Lindor went 2-for-6 with a two-run home run during Sunday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to the Rays.

Advice: Lindor got the Mets on the board right away, clubbing a two-run shot off Ryan Pepiot as the third batter of the game. The long ball was Lindor's sixth of the season and marked his third time logging multiple RBI in his last four games. During that stretch, the shortstop is 5-for-17 (.294) with eight RBI and four extra-base hits. Rotowire.com Today, 5:18 pm
    • Solid over six frames versus Boston
Ryan (1-2) was tagged with the loss after he pitched six innings, allowing three runs on four hits and a walk while striking out five batters in Sunday's 9-2 defeat to the Red Sox.

Advice: Ryan tossed three scoreless frames to open his outing Sunday before giving up an RBI double to Rob Refsnyder in the fourth and then a two-run homer to Ceddanne Rafaela in the fifth inning. The right-hander has now recorded three straight quality starts and he has yet to allow more than three runs in any outing this season. Ryan will carry a 3.54 ERA and 1.01 WHIP into his next projected start Friday in Toronto. Rotowire.com Today, 5:17 pm

    • Homers, swipes bag
Ramirez went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run, an additional run scored and a stolen base in Sunday's 4-1 win over LAA.

Advice: Ramirez took Griffin Canning yard in the sixth inning, getting the Guardians on the board and plating Andres Gimenez. The long ball was his sixth of the campaign, a total that trails only Josh Naylor -- who also homered Sunday -- for the team lead. He also notched his fifth stolen base, each of which came in the last 15 games. Rotowire.com Today, 4:28 pm

    • Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hits grand slam versus Nats
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 2-for-4 and hit his fifth career grand slam Sunday against the Nationals.

Advice: Guerrero also walked. The homer off MacKenzie Gore was his first since April 10. He’s now hit in eight straight games, raising his OPS from .643 to .711. Rotoworld Today, 3:59 pm
    • Bryce Miller gives up two homers to Astros
Bryce Miller surrendered four runs in six innings Sunday against the Astros.

Advice: Jon Singleton and Kyle Tucker both hit two-run homers off Miller, but this was still hardly a disaster. He’s really been great at limiting the damage in his worse starts this season, and he’s allowed a total of two earned runs in his four good outings, leaving him with a 2.61 ERA in 41 1/3 innings to date. • Josh Hader yields go-ahead homer in ninth
Josh Hader lost after giving up a go-ahead homer in a tie game Sunday against the Mariners.

Advice: It’s the save situations in which Hader has struggled, but the loss today came after he was asked to preserve a tie. Cal Raleigh’s homer was the second surrendered by Hader in 14 2/3 innings this year. Given that his strikeout rate remains exceptional and his groundball rate is actually considerably higher than usual, we’re still not worried about Hader at all. Rotoworld Today, 3:01 pm

    • Homers in loss
Contreras went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and three strikeouts in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the White Sox.

Advice: Contreras accounted for all the offense for St. Louis on Sunday, launching a solo shot off of Garrett Crochet in the bottom of the fourth inning. The long ball was his sixth of the year and second in the last four contests. Contreras is now batting .275 with six home runs, 11 RBI, 18 runs scored and two stolen bases over 102 at-bats in 29 games in 2024. Rotowire.com Today, 2:57 pm
