    • Three more hits Saturday
Kwan went 3-for-4 in Saturday's 5-0 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: The Guardians only managed eight hits in total on the day, all singles, but Kwan still kept rolling from the leadoff spot. The 26-year-old has hit safely in 10 straight games since returning from a hamstring injury, batting an incredible .500 (19-for-38) over that stretch to push his slash line on the season to .386/.447/.538 with four homers, three steals, 16 RBI and 39 runs in 42 contests. • Stuck with loss Saturday
Carrasco (2-6) took the loss Saturday as the Guardians fell 5-0 to the Blue Jays, coughing up five runs on six hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out two.

Advice: The veteran righty didn't give up a lot of hard contact, as the only extra-base hit off him was a second-inning double by Daulton Varsho, but Carrasco still got tagged for at least five runs for the fourth time in his last eight starts. With Gavin Williams (elbow) likely to be back before the end of the month, Carrasco's time in the rotation could be growing short, but he'll get at least one more turn. He'll take a 5.80 ERA, 1.46 WHIP and 44:21 K:BB through 59 innings into his next outing, which lines up for a rematch with the Jays next weekend back in Cleveland. Rotowire.com Today, 6:06 pm
    • Homers twice in win
Santander went 2-for-2 with two home runs and four RBI in a 6-2 win over the Phillies on Saturday.

Advice: Santander tied the game on a solo home run in the fourth inning then gave the Orioles the lead on a sacrifice fly in the sixth. He later added a two-run homer in the eighth. Santander continued his June power binge, homering for the eighth time in 15 contests this month. On the season, Santander is now slashing .231/.307/.498 with 17 home runs and 42 RBI hitting in the heart of one of the league's best lineups. Rotowire.com Today, 5:53 pm

    • Chas McCormick hits HR in loss to Tigers
Chas McCormick went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run in a loss to the Tigers on Saturday.

Advice: McCormick didn’t start this game, but all five Astros’ runs were driven in by players who were on the bench for the first pitch. The home run was McCormick’s first of the season but was a no-doubted, hit 428 feet at 106.5 mph. He’s battled through injuries this year and is hitting just .209 on the season, but Jake Meyers has also started to struggle, so there is a chance that McCormick could push for more playing time if he can start swinging the bat well. • Has Grade 2 hamstring strain
Harris has a Grade 2 left hamstring strain and there isn't a timetable for return, David O'Brien of The Athletic reports Saturday.

Advice: Harris was placed on the 10-day IL earlier Saturday after sustaining a strained hamstring in Friday's game against the Rays. However, an MRI revealed that Harris' strain is Grade 2, which likely indicates he'll be sidelined for more than the minimum 10 days. Ramon Laureano was called up to take Harris' 26-man roster spot, though J.P. Martinez should handle most of the work in center field. Rotowire.com Today, 4:31 pm

    • Michael Harris II diagnosed with Grade 2 strain
Michael Harris II has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 left hamstring strain.

Advice: If it wasn’t bad enough that the 23-year-old outfielder landed on the injured list with his hamstring strain, his MRI exam revealed it to be a more serious strain, which means that he’ll be sidelined for even longer. The Braves have yet to provide a timeline for his recovery, but it’s going to be longer than just a couple of weeks. Expect Ramon Laureano to see increased action in the Braves’ outfield in the meantime. Rotoworld Today, 4:22 pm

    • Anthony Santander homers twice in victory Saturday
Anthony Santander went 2-for-2 with two homers, four RBI, and a walk to lead the Orioles to a 6-2 win over the Phillies on Saturday.

Advice: Santander drew a walk in the second inning, then led off the fourth with a solo homer off Taijuan Walker to tie the game. He later gave the Orioles some insurance runs in the eighth, taking José Ruiz deep for a two-run blast for his second homer of the day. After hitting nine home runs over the first two months, he’s already up to eight while hitting .298 in a red-hot June. The 29-year-old slugger is slashing .231/.307/.498 with 17 homers and 42 RBI across 277 plate appearances on the season. Rotoworld Today, 3:38 pm

    • Steven Kwan collects three hits in loss to Jays
Steven Kwan went 3-for-4 against the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Kwan collected three hits on the day against the Blue Jays, knocking singles in the third, fifth, and eighth inning. He was stranded each time as the Guardians failed to bring a run in to score against Toronto. The 26-year-old outfielder has been a hitting machine, slashing .386/.447/.538 with four homers, 39 runs scored, and three steals across 191 plate appearances. Rotoworld Today, 2:38 pm

    • Carlos Carrasco surrenders five runs in loss
Carlos Carrasco allowed five runs with two strikeouts over five innings in a loss to the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Carrasco started with a clean first inning, then ran into some trouble in the second. The Blue Jays would bring two runs in on a walk and three hits before Carrasco could record an out. He got out of the frame with three runs scored. A walk and a hit made it four runs after four innings. Carrasco hit two batters in the fifth and allowed one more run before his day was done. The 37-year-old right-hander ends the day with a 5.80 ERA, 1.46 WHIP, and a 44/21 K/BB ratio across 59 innings. He’ll take on the Blue Jays once again in Cleveland on Friday. Rotoworld Today, 2:37 pm
