    • Fires seven innings
Kirby allowed a run on five hits over seven innings in a no-decision Sunday. He struck out four during the win over the Royals.

Advice: The lone run to score on Kirby came via a sacrifice bunt in the fifth inning. After a shaky stretch in May, he's back to looking like his usual self recently; over his last three starts, Kirby has posted a 2.00 ERA and 21:1 K:BB. He was in line for the win after his seventh quality start of 2024 before the Royals tied up the game in the ninth inning. Kirby is now sporting a 3.81 ERA with a terrific 78:7 K:BB through 80.1 frames. His next start is lined up to be at home against the Rangers. Rotowire.com 15 minutes ago

    • Triples, drives in two
Langford went 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBI during Sunday's win over the Giants.

Advice: Langford recorded his fourth multi-hit game in the last nine while collecting his fifth and sixth RBI over that same span. Langford is showing to show some positive signs after a slow start to the season, lifting his average to .234 with Sunday's effort and hitting .286 with a double and two triples over this most recent nine-game stretch. • George Kibry strong for seven against Royals
George Kirby pitched seven innings of one-run ball Sunday against the Royals.

Advice: Kirby was in line for the win when he left, but a two-run lead was blown in the bottom of the ninth. Kirby has allowed a total of four runs in his last three starts, lowering his ERA from 4.33 to 3.81. He went without walking a batter today, and his K/BB stands at 78/7 through 80 1/3 innings. • Picks up steal in win
Mullins went 2-for-4 with a triple, a stolen base and one run scored in Sunday's 9-2 win over the Rays.

Advice: Mullins entered Sunday 0-for-22 over his last eight games. He was able to break the drought with a fifth-inning single before adding a leadoff triple in the seventh. The outfielder has two steals over his last four contests even amid his deep slump. Mullins is slashing just .178/.227/.317 with 13 steals, six home runs, 22 RBI and 25 runs scored over 194 plate appearances this season. He's picked up extra work while Austin Hays (ribs) has been limited to a bench role, but Mullins is likely to see a smaller role once the Orioles' outfield is back to full health. • Daulton Varsho scores twice as Jays defeat A’s
Daulton Varsho singled, was hit by a pitch, stole a base and scored a pair of runs on Sunday as the Blue Jays rallied to defeat the Athletics in extra innings.

Advice: Varsho led off the eighth inning with a single, was sacrificed to second base, swiped third and then scored the game’s tying run on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Davis Schneider. He was then hit by a pitch to load the bases in the 10th inning and raced home on Isiah Kiner-Falefa’s bases-clearing double. For the season, the dynamic 27-year-old outfielder is slashing .217/.306/.453 with 10 homers, 31 RBI and seven stolen bases. Rotoworld Today, 3:46 pm

    • Victorious once more
Rodriguez (7-2) picked up the win Sunday against Tampa Bay, allowing two runs on two hits and one walk across 5.2 innings. He struck out six.

Advice: Rodriguez retired the first 15 batters he faced Sunday but got into trouble during the sixth before exiting. After walking the leadoff batter in the sixth, Rodriguez generated a strikeout and a lineout but got the yank after allowing back-to-back singles. Still responsible for runners on first and third, Rodriguez was charged with a second earned run when Randy Arozarena hit an RBI single off Dillon Tate. Rodriguez has earned seven wins in 11 starts this season, owning a 3.21 ERA with 10.1 K/9. He's on track to make his next start during a home series against the Phillies next weekend. • Mullins has two hits, stolen base in win
Cedric Mullins went 2-for-4 with a triple and a steal in a win over the Rays on Sunday.

Advice: These were the first hits Mullins has had in June, now going 2-for-18 on the month. He does have 13 steals on the season now, so his speed remains fantasy-relevant. He has started the last three games for the Orioles as Austin Hays battles an injury, but Mullins has just four games during the week as Colton Cowser has been getting a chance to play center field more often. Mullins isn’t bringing much to the table aside from speed and with his playing time now coming into question, it’s hard to see holding onto him outside of the deepest formats. • Grayson Rodriguez tires in 6th in win over Rays
Grayson Rodriguez allowed two runs on two hits in 5 2/3 in a win over the Rays on Sunday.

Advice: Rodriguez struck out six and walked one on the day while posting a 33 percent whiff rate and 32 percent CSW. It was a solid day overall for the 24-year-old who tired with two outs in the sixth inning. Rodriguez walked the first batter of the sixth before getting two quick outs. However, he would then allow two straight hits to score a run and had another run come in to score off a reliever. Rodriguez remains one of the most talented young pitchers in the game and will carry a 3.27 ERA into a tough matchup against the Phillies next week. Rotoworld Today, 1:38 pm
    • Marcus Semien homers in win over Giants
Marcus Semien went 1-for-3 with a home run, two RBI, and two runs scored in a 7-2 win over the Giants on Sunday.

Advice: The home run was Semien’s 11th of the season to go along with 37 RBIs. He may not have the triple-slash that you expect to see from Semien, but the counting stats have been great and he is cemented into the leadoff spot for the Rangers. He’s one of the most consistent players in baseball, and so we expect the batting average and power to tick up; however, the lack of speed this season has been a bit concerning for the 33-year-old.
